I called to question why I was charged for an x-ray that I did not receive. The person I spoke to said it was in my file. I explained that on April 12th, I did not have an x-ray. I came to the dentist because I was still having sensitity from work done in March. The dentist only told me to use sensitive tooth paste. The sensitivity in my teeth would last about 10 weeks. I did not get an x-ray. She had the nerve to tell me that it was my word against her records. She laid the phone down and I could hear her say I am not talking to this women. When she came back I told her she was very unprofessional. I advised I would file an appeal with my insurance company. She said go ahead. I called my insurance to file the appeal. You cannot charge for services not rendered.

This place is horrible I went in for a filling that had came out. I should have known she didnt know what she was doing when she had the water running all down my neck and back, my hair was soaked a lot of other stuff in between wrong but to make a long story short the filling fell out after a week my insurance said I had to go back there cause they would not pay for same tooth twice. I didnt want the same denist (kumar) so another dentist (EY)did this time . She was a Lil better but 2wks later that filling came out too they lied to my insurance said they told me to come back in for xrays and some more b.s. so if you love your teeth DO NOT GO HERE!!

So do that means the dentist are ghetto also? I had an appointment and waited an hour and a half. And when i was finally called to the back i waited another fifteen minutes before a dentist came in to (treat) me whuch was ten mintes in ...,no every one is,not ghetto who come in and if they had an bad experience they have a right to write their views on the matter. If people in this dentist office cant take bad or not so good reviews then i dont think they should be asking for people to rate them.

Ive been here several times and they do a good job. They were very patient with my 5 year old son whose teeth they cleaned and they did an excellent job removing my impacted wisdom tooth. They explained everything to us so that we could understand it. We waited a little while but that was okay because the service we received was good. My only complaint is that I asked the receptionist to mail me a physical form in December and I never received it.

Terrible terrible wait time not good, went there and hadnt been there in awhile dont ever wanna go back. DESTINY DENTAL ON 87TH SUCKS. Had an appointment at 12 but called said Ill be late got there at 1215 still at 245 hadnt seen the dentist when I walked to the back she was on a patient when I just got up and walked out she was on a walkin ugh!!!! I have gr8 insurance they just VERY unprofessional. THEY SHOULD GET NO STARS

My daughter went in for a cleaning and a checkup . I let the dental assistant know that she had eaten before hand and that food may till be in her teeth . She told me that was fine. When she was done cleaning her teeth there was still food clearly to be seen in my daughters teeth. Seriously! When the dentist came in i let him know and he didnt even attempt to properly clean her teeth. We will never return!

a lot of the people that come in here are ghetto so they may rate it bad b/c they want the world handed to them. when you have a facility that accepts walk ins... expect a wait. but the service is good. the dentists are great and quick and to the point. they helped my child without me having to send her to a specialist that wanted to put my baby to sleep just to extract a tooth. its a great dental office.

I havent had a a horrible experience but it wasnt a great one. The front desk worker seemed unprofessional to me but the doctor and his assit.. They were great. They made the experience better being that I hate the dentist anyways. I did have to wait a while to see the doctor after I already made a appointment and it took them forever to find my name in the system.

This place was great :) they have wonderful staff working there and very caring dentists. I had 4 cavities and they did an awesome job making sure I was comfortable and that I could handle the pain. They were also very patient with me about me not having approval from my doctor and waited while I could approval from them :) dont let the area determine the service

The wait time is extremely long waited over two hours in the lobby then get to the chair and waited over an hour for them. Prior to the appointment I complained about the left side tooth hurting the dentist refuse work on the side I said needed attention but tells me she see something on the right side thats she going to work on. Needs zero stars

First time client, treated very professional by front desk receptionist. Then the unprofessional behavior began with the 1hr wait and the question of when will i be seen, then they decided to put me in a room for 20min with no one explaining someone will be with you shortly. So i left because i cant trust the service with this behavior

First I have to say that Destiny Dental on 87th and Cottage Grove has a wonderful staff. Dr. Emile is an awesome dentist very caring and extremely good. Yes sometimes you do have to wait but they do their best to accommodate you. I have recommended Destiny Dental to everybody I know especially Dr. Emile shes an awesome dentist.

Dr. Ward was excellent, representing a fine tradition of dentists coming out of Meharry Medical College in Tennessee (I asked). The dentures I received took a few days to certain in and they turned out to represent prime work. Thank you Dr. Ward and Thank you Destiny Dental.

I waited an hour to be seen, the so called dentist look like she just came from the club. The environment was extremely ghetto with all types of inappropriate conversations. Ill never go back to that clown show of a dentist office again.

If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Ward completely messed up my teeth....$2100.00 worth of dental work that needs to be done over! I would never fo back to this place! Long. Long. Long. Waiting periods over 2 hours sometime.
