9-28-15 My first appointment was on 9-14-15 with Dr. Robin L Ferguson for the Comprehensive Oral Evaluation and the FMX- INTRAORAL-COMPLETE W/BWX x-rays and pictures. Anjunette was very nice and did complete x-rays and pictures. I am very afraid of the dentist. My aunt Audrey D. Holland had been a patient 15 years ago and she referred me to this office. Dr. Ferguson took a look at my teeth and x-rays and said that I have a lot of bone damaged. She also stated that I might need maybe 11 teeth pulled out eventually due to decay and bone damaged. Also she told me to come back in three days and see Dr. Yetta G. McCullom about my bad gum disease. Also the other ladies in the office staff were very nice. Teresa was very helpful in giving me the paperwork to fill out, and to contact me aunt who lives out of town about the payment arrangements. Finally, I like that Teresa took off a $50.00 discount off the first bill because of my aunt referral. Thank You Angela R. Carter 9-28-15 5:25PM Also I highly recommend the Dental Dream Team. I had my first appointment with DR. Yetta G. McCullom on 9-17-15 about my bad gum disease and she checked me out and said that I need the Laser gum treatment for my bad gum disease. Also she said that she will try to save more of my teeth if possible. Hopefully that Dr. Ferguson will not have to eventually pull out 11 teeth. I had the rum side upper and lower laser gum surgery on 9-23-15 and one tooth pulled that day. The doctor had to give me many shots of local anesthesia. Because I am really afraid of pain and also I felt it real bad. Also she gave me a good dental cleaning that day. Margaret was her main help that day and she did a great job. DR. Yetta also did a great job on me considering I am afraid of dentists. This was my first major surgery. I highly recommend this procedure. I will be going back on 9-30-15 to get to other side done. Yesterday I had the most pleasant experience I could have imagined with the Dream Team. After nearly a year searching for dental options for failing teeth and gum disease, I was recommended by a friend to go to the Dream Team for consultation. I was immediately taken by the peaceful environment and extremely professional and curtious service of the doctors and staff. To further enrich this initial experience a client was leaving after her treatment and with a mouth packed with gauze, she smiled and loudly announced that she loved the Team, obviously pleased with her care. Well today, I concur wholeheartedly, I was seen by both Dr. Ferguson who despite by fear of needles, was able to give me a virtually painless procedure. Dr. Cornell McCullom who worked in tandem with Dr. Ferguson, pulled three teeth before I realized it. I would be remiss if I did not also thank the nursing staff, I recieved two calls today from Loretta and Linda. Everyone in the office works closely to ensure the best outcomes for the patient. All in all, this was the best choice I could have made and I am indebted to the Dream Team for helping me loose by fear of dentistry and I look forward to a continued relationship with these extrodinary professionals.

Dental dream team is a joke more like a nightmare. Dr.Fergerson, Dr.mcullom n Dr. Hey hey ya over charge and dont do quality work. Please do your research and ask about pricing. They charge 3 times more than other dentist for the same procedure. They say they accept insurance dont believe them because they over charge you will b stuck paying the difference they were not honest at all. Dr.Fergerson did my flipper for 700 it looked horrible other dentist charge far less n at least it may have blended better with my natural teeth. Dr.mcullom did my bone graph improperly charge 1000 then I went elsewhere n had to pay an ads 459 so not only were the prices higher it was done wrg. Im at so upset with all of their education and experience you would think your going to the best. Yes they are friend and the office is nice but dont waste your money or time. They charge 5000 for an implant for one tooth n u can find an implant for 3000 with quality care and service. Then they refused to send any information to my new dentist after I spent 3000 out of pocket how dare they!!!!! Worst experience of my life i felt like Ive been robbed.

My OD highly recommended this dental firm for periodontics and dental implant work I needed . All of my interactions have been nothing less than the best ! This is a highly professional state of the art dental center . The atmosphere is cool and comfy . Dr. Yetta does a fantastic job managing my sons oral health for the last few years as he needs periodic deep cleanings . He is now 20 and Is not comfortable with anyone else but her scraping him down and getting his pearly whites right! We are both very pleased . Dr. Cornell Mcculom performed my dental implant procedure it was painless . He takes his time . He explains step by step and his staff is just as professional as he . I never wait longer than 15 mins to be called and the waiting room is very comfortable . The equipment is state of the art and visibly sterile . I appreciate the good service and even the financial staff is very informative and helpful keeping payment matters in line . No they are not CHEAP! But you pay for what you get when it comes to quality in my opinion . I trust them with my mouth and my childrens mouth .. .so far so good!

I will never go back to The Dental Dream Team again! They are very unprofessional ! I first when for a deep cleaning. Which cost $600.00 which was ok cause I didnt have insurance. But I was scheduled to for a check up visit in one month and when I went I was having pain in the back of my mouth on my gums I told Dr. Mchollom and instead of her checking to see what it was she assumed it was my wisdom teeth and just sent me off to the front and said that they will schedule me an appointment. I go up to the front and the receptionist tells me $80.00 I asked for what???? She said oh for todays visit! Im like u want $80.00 to check and see what u did a month ago was successful! Which wasnt cause I still have some bleeding from the gums and the pain in the back was an infection from the deep cleaning but if she would have checked and act like she cared she could have prescribed me some antibiotics and just not try to make my money. It was the worst experience EVER!!!!

After my last encounter with an dentist/oral surgeon, I was apprehensive to go back into an office and have someone work on my mouth. The DDT calmed my nerves. I had a great experience with Dr. Yetta McCullom. I visited the office to get an assessment and treatment plan for some nerve damage that caused numbness in my tongue after I had wisdom teeth extracted by a different doctor. Dr. McCullom was very thorough in my consultation, and with her laser technology treatment, the entire process was smooth and painless! I had more sensation and feeling in my tongue after my first appointment, and it only got better with my following appointments. I was truly satisfied and relieved with my treatment after having such a bad experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Other than that, the office had a cool setup, and the staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional.
