I had to go to my Doctor and pay a $20 just to get a referral to see these people. Once I was there I had to pony up another Copay. Upon seeing the Doctor, she completely ignored the issue with my leg and asked me to take off my shirt instead. Then removed a mole from my face that she claimed could be skin cancer, ....A few weeks go by no results, but they did send me a bill for $135...I called and wrote a letter...They didnt care..They wouldnt work with me because they said I had been seen by the Doctor. I was told "even if your issue wasnt taken care, you still owe because the Doctor had seen you"... Fail...I feel nothing but scammed. Its too bad they dont care about anything but money.

First off I have been a loyal patient here ever since I was a child. The doctor has always treated my on and off skin problems and refused to quit until they were resolved. The nurses have almost always been polite and helpful. The reason for three stars instead of five is because of the attitude at the front desk, specifically Rachel. She is abrupt, condescending, and rude. In the past year I have seen her alienate so many patients. She has no business working there. As someone who works at another practice, I have seen how a rude front desk can give a bad image and ruin a patients experience. If she were working at the practice I work at, she would have been fired long ago.

After filling out the daunting paperwork of past medical history they paid no attention that my husband has an artificial heart valve and should have been dosed with antibiotics prior to his procedure. They removed a small hemangioma from his wrist which got a staph infection and interred his bloodstream. I called after 4 weeks to report that the wound was not healing but the told me to just keep basil me and a bandaid on it. 6 weeks later my husband is fighting for his life because he had to have his valve replaced again and suffered several mini strokes. All they had to do was read the history and this would have all been avoided.

Excellent medical staff but poor customer service from receptionist. I have been seen be several nurses and Dawn and their care was top notch and thorough. However, every appointment I have had to sign in and wait at least 15 minutes before the receptionist even called me up to get my information. Additionally it usually takes me a couple of calls in a day to get anyone to answer a phone call on the main line. Poor customer service from the first face clients see or the first person clients talk to on the phone leaves a very bad impression.

Leslie Sikes and Crystal are THE BEST! I have loved them both, from the very first visit. I went in for hormonal acne, and I also had a suspicious mole on the inside of my foot looked at. Leslie insisted that I have it removed. THANK GOD she did!!! It was Melanoma (deadly) and needless to say, I see them for routine check-ups from now until forever. They treat me like a friend and I am so thankful to have found them. They made a very scary diagnosis a little easier and Im forever grateful.

I called to get information about their products and services to see if it was right for me, like any normal person does, and they said they are not allowed to tell me ANYTHING about their products or services unless I am a patient or make an appointment (in another words, pay them)...like...why would I give you money or be a new patient if Im not even sure what your services are?!?!?!

Unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone. Staff is very unfriendly, rude, and all seem to all hate their jobs. I dont care how or qualified the doctors are. Bad customer service means losing business from my family and friends. You would think theyd at least pretend to care.

I love this clinic. My first visit with Kylie she found a spot on my ear that she thought we should biopsy. She was as shocked as I was when it came back as melanoma. I see her every three months for checks. The staff is kind at both offices and very welcoming.

I have always had great care from the Dr and the PA I see. The front desk is always busy but I dont recall anyone being unkind or rude. I highly recommend this Clinic.

STAFF IS WONDERFUL, THEY ARE INCREDIBLY BUSY BUT ARE VERY FRIENDLY. MY DERMATOLOGIST ALWAYS TAKES GREAT CARE OF ME.
