A great practice, all the way around: Professional, personable front office staff, a massage therapist onsite, and of course, a friendly, knowledgeable chiropractor! Rita at the front desk is helpful, resourceful, and guides you through their easy iPad appointment check-in. Plus, all the paperwork is done via their iPad, saving paper and making sure all your info goes directly into their system without the risk of any papers getting lost in the shuffle. Justin keeps things casual, but with the right amount of clinical know-how. He stays within his scope of practice and knowledge, and doesnt try to over-interpret x-rays or questions that he feels are best referred to other types of care providers (i.e., MDs, radiologists, massage therapists, etc.). That is the best way to foster trust and belief in what he does. He explains the adjustments he makes and carefully gets you set to keep you safe, while making sure he gets your alignment where it should be. This was the first time I had seen a chiropractor and I immediately was feeling better and more human after my first adjustment. I cant believe I had been going around with such discomfort for so long and had only recently decided to go this route. I havent had a chance yet to get a massage, but am sure I wont be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a great chiropractor in the Waco area I would definitely recommend this one. My boyfriend and I were in an awful car accident just recently and in so much pain so we decided to call Waco Chiropractic and Wellness and from the very minute we called them they went step by step and helped us out from the very start to start our journey into recovery. We absolutely loved our first visit and were so astonished and amazed! Everything was professional and everything went smoothly the staff is so friendly and very helpful. We would definitely like to thank the ladies in the front desk as well as Miss. Rita she is absolutely wonderful, words can’t describe how grateful we are for everything she did for us today, knowing that she went beyond her ways just to make sure we were okay and everything goes as smoothly for us and for that we are and forever will be grateful. Now I can’t say enough about Dr. Justin Dempsey I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is suffering from pain. Very friendly and knowledgeable, the treatment helped immediately. Great doctor, professional staff, in a clean/modern facility. These guys are just fantastic! We can’t wait for our next visit.

Justin is THE BEST. I found Waco Chiro and Wellness last year when I was in Waco for the summer and my back pain and vertigo was the worst its ever been in my life. After two adjustments my dizziness had basically subsided and I proceeded to come in for adjustments 3 times a week for some intensive treatment for the next few weeks until I had to go back to Arizona. The only thing I dont like about Dr. Dempsey is that he does not live in Arizona and I cant see him regularly! He truly cares about his patients and their OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLNESS. The big problem I have with western medicine is that too many physicians and medical practitioners seek only to treat symptoms vs figuring out where the issue(s) stem from and why youre experiencing pain, discomfort or complications. The Dempsey family is just different. They, as a team, are wonderful and care about your overall well being. At least, that has been my experience. Was in town again today for the first time in a year, I walked in remembered and got a hug from Rita as I left! I would highly recommend Waco Chiropractic and Wellness !

All of a sudden my mild hip pain of two years became severe with a pain scale of 9 out of 10. I thought I would have to be miserable with the pain for the following three weeks before I can go back to my home in New Jersey. I was so fortunate to see Dr. Justin Dempsey. After his adjustment to my spine and pelvis, my pain instantly dropped to a scale of 5. Today is 24 hours later. After I following Dr. Dempseys instruction to do stretches, my pain already dropped to a scale of 2. I fee hopeful that If I can receive Dr. Dempsey adjustment for a few more times before I go back home, my long-time hip pain probably will be totally gone. By the way, the manager and the staffs there are very friendly. I also love the facility. Its atmosphere is very inviting. I especially like the the message table which gave me a muscle relaxation before the therapy. Thank you, Dr. Dempsey and Waco Chiropractic & Wellness!

I found Dr. Dempsey when I was in crisis. I was new in town and had hurt my shoulder. It was keeping me up at night, extreme pain - I was getting scared that it was something that would keep me from living a normal life. I went to a medical doctor and within five minutes he had prescribed a steroid and told me that I would probably need traction followed by a shot in the neck to manage the pain. (I am not sure of the medical terms for all of this - but this is what he meant). I found Dr. Dempsey on-line - they were able to get me in later that day. After one adjustment I was 75% better. I slept that night. After several more adjustments - I have no pain in my shoulder. I am back to my normal active life style. In my opinion shots in the neck should be a LAST resort...not a first or second treatment. Anyway - if I could describe my experience with Dr. Dempsey in one word it would be RESULTS.

If you are looking for a great chiropractor in Central Texas or if you ever had a negative Chiropractic experience in the past, give Dr Dempsey a chance. You wont be disappointed.

I found Waco Chiropractic & Wellness on the internet and called them. I was able to get in the very next day! All the staff was extremely friendly, especially Rita. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and that all my questions were answered. Dr. Justin Dempsey even calIed me later the evening of my first visit, to check on me. I had been suffering with right hip pain and tingling in my right foot for several months and within a few visits, the pain and tingling was gone! They take most insurances and with my insurance, I only had a co-pay each visit with no hidden charges later. My problem, like so many, originated from tension built up in my neck and upper back due to ongoing stress. Now, they offer many other services that can help me minimize the adverse effects of stress. I highly recommend them.
