I am extremely nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. Usually it will take something major to happen to get me in the office. Ive decided that I was going to start being proactive, instead of waiting for trouble, Im going to start taking care of my teeth to avoid trouble. I did a lot of research on dentists in and around my area. I found Janus Dentistry, read all the reviews and called my insurance and asked them too, what type of feedback if any, they had received from this office. Best choice I made. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. The dental technician as well, very pleasant, understanding. The dentist took his time, made sure I was ok and comfortable. He explained everything to me, the treatment plan. Made sure I didnt have any further questions. He also insured me that if I had any questions in the future, I could call and ask. My dental benefits were explained thoroughly to me, and I made an appointment to start my treatment plan. I felt very comfortable, understood and relaxed. Me! The nervous one lol. I highly recommend if youre like me, give them a visit. They will put you at ease. I also want to add, one of the things that made me feel so comfortable as well, the office was super clean. I dont know about you, but thats very important to me.

Soo of course no one likes to come to the dentist, especially given the fact that Im pregnant with twins. But I really cant say enough about everyone that works here. In a nutshell, I need to get a root canal done and went to 2 different dentists office before coming to Dr. Truong. The other 2 dentists didnt even bother giving me options, but that wasnt the case with Dr. Truong. I was able to get my root canal, and he was able to save my other tooth from needing a root canal. Hes very patient and takes the time to EXPLAIN everything hes doing to his patients. Ive literally called all my family that mentioned they needed dental work done and told them to come here. Theyre also very flexible with scheduling, I was able to come in the very same day I called and got my root canal. Thanks Dr. Truong for all your work!!

It was our first time visiting Dr.Truong and his team and they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I cant emphasize enough on this that Dr.Truong was so professional,patient and helpful. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly which showed his level of expertise and experience in his profession. He never once remotely pressured us in getting any procedure done unlike several other place we visited. My husband, Vladimir and I are genuinely appreciated of his honesty and great work. His team made our visit so easy and comfortable that I no longer afraid to go a dentist office. So a thumbs up to him and his team for their work.Also from now on Dr.Truong will be our family dentist. I already recommended him to my family and friends! I came to Janus Dentistry after a previous dentist drilled way too much into one of my molars during a filling procedure. Dr Truong prescribed x-rays, re-fillings, a temporary crown, and emphasized the wait-and-see approach. Unfortunately, the pain in the tooth returned after treatment and the dentist referred me to an endodontist. After getting a much needed root canal, I returned back to the dentist for a permanent crown. Currently, I am able to eat whatever I want without any pain. I am thankful for the doctors deliberation on preserving the tooth. And though it took some weeks to resolve, the dentist was very caring, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process.

I recently moved into the area and did not want to drive to the other side of town. Plus my last dentist was very expensive. So.... I Google mapped dentist near me. Janus Denistry had quite a few 5 star reviews. I made an appointment for Friday but by Tuesday I was in a lot of pain. I called and was seen that afternoon. I had an extraction. It was not the easiest tooth to pull but the doctor was very conscious of my pain and very patiently administered several additional anesthetic injections. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you Janus Denistry. Ill be back for all my dental care.

HIGHLY recommend. As someone who is not so fond of dentists, they quickly calmed my nerves and welcomed me into their practice. Dr. Truong has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease as he explained everything he was doing and planned to do in the future. I would also like to note that finances were discussed BEFORE treatment and they made sure I had a good understanding of what my insurance would cover and how much I would be responsible for. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and would recommend Dr. Truong and his staff to anyone in need of a family dentist!

The staffs were super nice, courteous, and professional. This was my first visit and they make you feel like youve been seeing them for years. No wait which one of my pet peeves. Facility is clean and nice. Dr. Truong is super nice, smart and informative. I asked many questions and he answered everyone of them without making me feel like Im wasting his time. I literally stumbled upon Dr. Truong via Google the day before and picked him due to his availability and his proximity to my house. I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new dentist.

One of a kind dentist. I had fillings in my front teeth which really need crowns but cannot afford but the doctor was able to correct the fillings buying me a few more years until I can afford the crowns. He even made my teeth look better. I did not even feel a thing and I really love that the office has actual rooms and not just partitions separating you from other patients. It makes a huge difference and feels so much more personal. I have never had such a gentle dentist and his dental assistant and receptionist are so polite and professional.

My daughter was a new patient so I really appreciated their patients... All employees had a smile and seemed happy to be there... Their office is very clean, neat and smells wonderful... The Dr was nice and actually talked to my daughter showing care... It means ALOT to me that my child actually looks forward to her next visit... I would definitely recommend... Here we are at our 3rd visit & still as happy with our choice as we were on our first visit... Very relaxing, clean & friendly environment...

When you walk in the front staff is up asking g you questions and making you welcome. It is very clean and the decor is plain but very pleasing to the eye. Dr. J, is very polite, concerned about your problem, he explains everything to you. His back staff very caring, very polite, helpful, and informed. This office knows what team work means and does all they can to make your visit pleasant. I would recommend this office to all my friends and to any one looking for a good dentist.

Ive been here twice and I love it more and more each time! The staff are very courteous and friendly. Dr. Truong is very gentle in his technique. Most of the dentist I go to are very rough even when performing a standard cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised my cleaning didnt hurt even though I recently got a braces adjustment prior to coming in for my cleaning! I highly recommend this location for their wonderful staff and dentist!
