I have been a patient at Modern Aesthetics Dental Centre since its grand opening back in January of 2012. My experience with this office has been exceptional. Dr. Cimino and his Office Staff is extremely professional, kind, caring and most important the doctor has a passion for dentistry and he shows it! The office staff is the best, very patient, informative, kind, and always answer the phone or greets everyone with such enthusiasm. I have grown to know the staff well as i have been treated for several things at Dr. Ciminos Office, from root canal, to whitening to upgrading to better quality fillings! The office manager and the assistants are the kindest and they make sure the customer feels welcomed and comfortable. The office Manager is always great about setting up my next appointment and giving me the details on any financials and or what to expect at my next visit. I truly made the right decision to come to this office and ultimately change to him as my main dentist due to the following:Dr. Cimino was able to diagnose a mistreated root canal done by another dentist. My initial root canal (by my previous dentist) was done back in 2007. Years went by and my previous dentist would choose just to watch that particular tooth but never did anything about it. Dr. Cimino was able to diagnose the mis treatment via his technology (of which my other dentist had none of!!!) Dr. Cimino recommended that I get retreated immediately to save my tooth! My timing to switch Dr. Ciminos office couldnt have been better - if i would have waited longer I could have lost my tooth! post re treatment my tooth has shown great progress and i am no longer in danger of losing it or any discomfort! :) In summary, I never had issues of any kind at this office. I would strongly suggest this office not only because Dr. Cimino has a well trained, organized & respectful staff but because this office has been the first to offer me the greatest dental experience - from advanced technology, educating me on my dental health, customer service, and utmost quality care - If you are looking to perfect your smile with a true and caring dentist - Dr. Cimino is your dentist! You wont regret it!

I am just about 30 years old and have always had bad teeth and have typically been very embarrassed when going to the dentist. Firstly, I have NOT felt embarrassed at any point of my multiple appointments. The staff has been very friendly every time. Other offices tend to be very overwhelming with pricing, writing up everything you need to get done, and upon seeing the price, I am stunned/shocked and usually dont return. This dentist understood that, and knowing I needed much work, took the time to help me understand all the details of what needed to be done, in a kind yet straight forward manner, even using illustrations and figures of speech to help show the value of caring for teeth properly. He told me that while much work was needed, certain things took priority, so instead of giving me one giant quote for 5 grand, he suggested we take smaller steps, addressing each as priority called for, which has been very helpful. The staff is very well informed about procedure and knowledgeable about the Care Credit program that assists with paying for work being done. My wife and I have and will continue not only to make this dentist OUR dentist, but recommend this office to all of our friends. (unless something super terrible happens...haha) Sorry for the LLLOOONNNGGGG review, Im just surprised at how comfortable I am with this office.

I would, and do, recommend Dr. Cimino and his wonderful team to everyone. The team is a group of professional, dedicate health care professionals who truly care. I live and work overseas, so my time in the U.S. is limited. For two years, Modern Aesthetics Dental Centre has worked with my schedule, consulted with me about my needs and been helpful in scheduling appointments and procedures. From the first appointment, a regular cleaning and consultation, to my most recent crown work, I have never been disappointed or unimpressed with their practice. Dr. Ciminio holds himself to a high standard, keeping informed and trained on new technologies, instruments and procedures. Lets face it, the dentist is not everyones favorite. We often go only when there is already pain. Modern Aesthetics is a full service, welcoming, professional centre. I recommend them for all dentistry needs, unconditionally.

I called to make an appointment and the lady was extremely rude. I have one specific day that I can go see a dentist and she wanted to take ALL of my information before she would even tell me if there was an opening on the ONE day that I could get in. She asked me what the phone number on my insurance card was so I told her that I have the printout from online, but it doesnt have a phone number so she would not let me even make the appointment. I asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked to speak with her boss and she refused. This place has terrible customer service, they hung up on me three times and refused to let me speak with someone who was willing to assist. DO NOT use them unless you want to be treated with a great amount of disrespect!

I have been to this dental office since the opening and have always felt like I have received the absolute best dental care. Dr. Cimino takes the time (that most dentist wont) to explain in detail any issues or concerns and what the best approach would be from there always with the consideration of what the best long term result will be. Dr. Cimino uses the most advanced dental equipment & techniques in the industry providing the advanced care I have come to expect. I have had fillings and other advanced procedures done and have never had any complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Cimino and if you want the best care possible when in need of anything beyond a cleaning, Modem Aesthetics Dental Centre is the place to go.

My husband broke a tooth and was in desperate need of a tooth extraction and I found Dr. Cimino through our dental plan. Based on the offices proximity to our house and the excellent reviews, we chose him and were not disappointed! The office is super comfortable, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Cimino shows that he really cares about his patients needs. We have been scared away from other dentists before because they overwhelmed us with quotes for all the dental work that needed to be done, but Dr. Cimino met our most immediate needs and worked with us with a plan to go forward. We look forward to working with him in the future.

What can I say about my visit to Dr. Michael Ciminos office. Going in for a major toothache and not knowing what to expect. I can honestly say that Dr. Cimino was able to give a diagnostics right on the spot, he went over the treatment options, cost and recovery time. The day of the procedure it was great, especially for what I was going in for, those four hours felt more like one. No pain during after. Dr. Cimino was very attentive to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend him.

I was impressed with the quality of service. Dr. Cimino was very professional, explained everything in detail and his office staff was excellent. The doctor answered all my questions. They Were suppoused to close at 3:30 but they extended their hrs until I was completely done @ 5:05 pm!!!! Excellent doctor, very professional, very knowledgeable, very nice staff. Great practice! A bit far for me but worth the trip.
