My visit went smoothly and comfortably. Yesterday, I was in for a root canal on tooth #4. I asked if I could go ahead and get fillings for teeth #5 and 6 as well, even though I was only scheduled for the root canal. It was absolutely no problem. Dr. Spano impressed me. She is gentle and very concerned with your comfort. She numbed me up very well and I didnt feel a thing. The only time I had discomfort was when she drilled into tooth #4 and it wasnt bad pain (the anesthetic hadnt numbed "quite" everything), but she stopped drilling and put more anesthetic into the tooth gum. After that, nothing but some pressure which is to be expected. Dr. Spano has a steady hand and she gets the job done rather quickly. I will definitely be going back for more dental work. I also recommended my dad to her, who had gone in just a few weeks before to a different dentist who did not do a very good job on his crown and his temporary crown kept coming out and hed have to go back into that dentist to get it put back on. So far, my temporary crown is doing well. I am not chewing on that side of my mouth and Ive mainly been sticking with a soup, fruit, yogurt and soft crackers (Ritz) diet until the Bruxir crown gets put on. I dont want to take unnecessary risk. Dr. Spano prescribed the Z-pack (antibiotic) for getting rid of the infection and Codeine for pain. So far, Ive only taken 2 pills of Codeine: the pain is not that bad, its mostly some soreness.

The worst billing experience ever. I was overcharged on 3 separate visits. All dentist office billing errors which began Oct/Nov 2016.I was told by Colleen with the Business Office that no refunds until the last claim was processed. Which was an April 2017 visit. Furthermore, she said, I should have looked at my 2 previous EOBs and known I was overcharged. When I asked why the office clerk said I had a balance of $22 rather than $200+, Colleen said the employee was in training and made a mistake. She went further to say that I need to understand there is a "learning curve". I spoke to other Office Managers and got the run around. When the last claim was processed I was finally credited approximately $275. No customer service so cant say worst customer service. If you havent looked at your claims I recommend you do so.

We had an excellent experience. When I called to make the appointment before the end of the year, the receptionist was very accommodating and was able to schedule my sons and I the same day. The rest of the staff is just absolutely delightful and friendly, the customer service we received was great. The doctor was very busy but took the time to examine all of us thoroughly and gave us his opinions and recommendations without any pressure to add services on. Ricky was wonderful, and very delicate with the cleaning, he explained the process step by step as he proceeded, the world needs more people like him. This will definitely be our primary dentist facility. Thank you!

The dentist on staff was okay. The problem came when they did not pay attention to my wife when she explained our insurance had changed. The end result is they filed the claim incorrectly and we received a bill. When tried to correct the issue, they were again very rude to my wife and told her they did it right. When trying to speak to a supervisor they wouldnt even come to the phone. The passed the message that someone made a mistake and it would be taken care of. We will take our business to another practice that value their patients.

Its tough to say I like a dentist - theres just too much unpleasantness involved in dental work. But I will say that the folks here have made it as painless as possible. I called up and scheduled an appointment for some work in relatively short order, had no trouble in the chair either time, and was dealt with pleasantly by literally everyone from the reception personnel to the hygienist to the dentist. The procedures seem thorough, choices were well-explained, and I walked out feeling like it could have easily gone a lot worse.

I heard about this office from a previous coworker and I have always had a good experience. Dr. Hamburg is the best. His bedside manner cant be beat and he does excellent work. The other dentists have been great too. Front staff is professional. I still come here even though I moved my home and my job. Lol

Dentists and staff nice friendly and procedures are painless. BE READY TO WAIT FOREVER for your appointments. Geez super slow, I have had to be rescheduled twice because I sat there so long waiting. I miss the dentist that could get me in and out within my hour lunch.

The service was horrible. They demanded payment in advance for services not rendered yet. We ended up not wanting to have them continue and are still fighting for a refund. Dont waste your time here.
