Our entire family have been patients here over 10 years. Love dr. Kashyup and dr. Palmeros. But since they went to computers, a person enters your info like Web md, and theres no flowing conversation with the doctor any more. Through all the test, basically blood work, I have never heard back the results. Have to wait till the next appointment to ask. Getting ahold of a nurse doesnt happen. They also charge If you cancel an appointment. My daughter got cancer 8 months ago, mdanderson said we could go back to regular dr now. Made appointment, was told because she hasnt been there in 3 yrs, she is a new patient, and would have to see only a nurse. So not having a choice, we went. They charged me last week 50 bucks for missed appointments. (If you make an appointment at 8 am for 10 am, call back in 30 minutes because you have to take your other child to md for emergency, you are charged a fee) today they charged my daughter again plus copay. So talk to someone with a computer that does vitals. She said we only needed to tell the front about MD info. After she left, my daughter and I looked at each other, and left. I went to the front and asked for my refund of 50 bucks. Told them enjoy our office visit as a parting of our business for our family of 5.

I went in as a new patient on a Saturday. Last minute appointment and everyone was super nice. From the front desk, to the MA, to the NP, to the Dr. I saw Colleen Finnegan, the NP, and she was very thourogh. Im very nervous about new Drs due to past history of blood clots and being on blood thinners every since. She asked a lot of questions and listened with sincerity. She was very knowledgeable about the meds I could and could not take. Once she was done and had prescribed me my meds, she then had me wait while she got Dr Irvine so she could introduce me to him. They said they like the Drs to meet all new patients. This was a first for me considering I had previously been using a family physicians office for 3 years and had never met any of the actual Drs, only the NPs. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had with a family practice, ever! Thanks to everyone at IKP!!! I will definitely be back!

Is the worst doctors office. I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot, now Im here and they said they dont have any until the beginning of next year WTF!!! They couldve called me and cancelled the appointment that was the only purpose of the visit and they just say you can go to Kroger or Walgreens!! They never give you referrals even though you visit them before and told them about your serious health condition, and when you come again they dont even know what is you condition, they just want you to come again so they can charge the insurance!!! Ive come several times and only the first time my supposedly dr. Timothy Irvine saw me, all the other visits are stupid unethical nurse practicioners, Im paying to see a professional not a nurse! They never return calls and when you called them to see whats going they have an attitude and theyre so rude!! Last time here Im changing my primary care!!!

I left 2 messages for them to call me to discuss an ongoing issue Im having, Its been over 2 weeks and they still havent called back. Gave up on getting a callback from them and made an appointment. During the appointment, dr. prescribed 2 meds which he said would be sent electronically to HEB. I called HEB that night and they said they didnt have the RXs. Called Drs office who said it could take up to 4 hours for the RX to be electronically transmitted to HEB...(it was already over 4 hours). Its been 3 days since my apt. and HEB still doesnt have the RX from the Dr. This office has lousy follow-up/customer service...I give up...Im changing to a dr. that is concerned enough about their patients to call them back and send in rxs in a timely manner.

I have personally going to this practice since I was 18 so about a good ten years and have never had a complaint or a bad visit They are also visitery professional group of guys Dr.Irvine is the type that when he introduces him self... You just KNOW that. There is no doubt that he is going to do everything humanely possible to fix any problems thrown there way there is no hidden strings Dr. Kashap is absolutely Wonderful say your having a bad day at that time, but hes going to make sure before the end of the visit you got a smile on your face! good quality people the world is missing out on. #MullinsFamily

If I could give them ZERO stars I WOULD!! The staff is rude!!! Joanna, Kristin, the clinical manager and Rhonda Klink are all the MOST unhelpful individuals. All this clinic cares about is MONEY$$$$!!! They do not care about the actual well being of the patient. I AM filing a FORMAL complaint with the Texas Medical Board in regards to the AWFUL "service" I received. (Not that ANY OF THEM CARED ABOUT THAT!!) $200 out of pocket on 2 separate blood tests alone and they want me to come back in for a THIRD one because they did not check for what I asked them to check. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK!

My stepsons and I saw Dr. Irvine for a while and he was great, especially with kids. It became hard to get an appointment with him and I would take an appointment with whichever doctor was available and that was frustrating until I was put with Nurse Practitioner Danielle Davis. I clicked with her right away and will be continuing to see her. They have a new office and things seem to run more smoothly so you might give them a chance despite the negative reviews.

The front desk staff provides extremely poor customer service. I have yet to be greeted with a smile or even a decent greeting in my many visits here. I dont understand how a customer stands at the feont desk and waits minutes as they chatter before even acknowleging their presence. Their phone service isnt much better. The phone wasnt answered in my wifes attempts at a to change an appointment. Once you get past the front desk the NP and doctors are fine.

I have never waited more than 7 minutes to be called back to exam room. From the receptionist to the lab...they are all fantastic! Colleen Finnigan (NPC) is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate....wonderful manner about her. The Lab Ladies are gentle and personable....not had a bad poke yet. Highly recommend all of the employees in this office....wonderful people...

Very pleased with the treatment and advice given. I arrived on Saturday morning without an appointment and was seen very quickly by the medical assistant who did the usual collection of information routine. I was then left in the examination room for longer than I would have liked. I suppose this is to be expected when I did not have an appointment.
