Después de meses de no querer ir, ni siquiera llamar para hacer una cita ya que era imposible comunicarse, me vi en la enorme necesidad de ir ya que uno de mis hijos se enfermó. Me sorprendí al llamar y ver que contestaron mi llamada y de una manera cortés, pero me sorprendió más aún saber que ya se encontraba disponible un pediatra HASTA LAS 9 DE LA NOCHE. Sentí emoción el saber que ya no tenía que correr al urgent care o sacarlos de la escuela para poder ser vistos. Al llegar al lugar noté demasiados cambios: personal amable, la clínica estaba más limpia, decoración y colores vivos en los cuartos. Debo dar un gran crédito al Doctor Herrera, mostró todo un gran profesionalismo al momento de atender a mi hija, se tomó su tiempo en examinarla y en explicarnos cada detalle, fue agradable poder ver que mi hija salió con una sonrisa y con ganas de regresar. Por otra parte, uno de mis hijos tiene asma y quedé muy satisfecha con la explicación que el doctor Herrera nos dio. Por primera vez sé qué hacer en caso de un ataque de asthma! Felicidades por este cambio tan positivo y por este nuevo y gran servicio. En hora buena.

I reached the point of no longer go to the clinic, because every time I talked to schedule left waiting while I ended up hanging up, and then called again and no longer answered. And if I came to the answer I gave he cites the third day well is the child could die one. So what I did is best to take the urgent care in seeking another clinic. I love this place now that Dr. Herrera is there!! Hes such a great doctor to my daughter the clinic is so much cleaner the remodeling is looking awesome and the staff is much nicer!!! I was considering looking for another doctor but thank goodness I took a chance on taking her one more time there and Dr. H (my daughter calls him that) was there and was awesome so I decided to keep taking her there because of him!!!!

I give it a two star because the doctor are good but the MA and some nurses need to be retrained for the lack of knowledge and efficiency with client paperwork. My daughter has been a patient of theres for 2 years and her immunization record cant be found on immtrac. We dont come here anymore because we moved from the area: but I wouldnt come back because of the front staff.

Dr. Herrera is amazing and very dedicated doctor . After years of taking my son to different doctors for his several eczema nobody would give me an answer or take time to figure it out just give him a quick fix then back to square one. But im so grateful Dr. Herrera took time and help my son. Gave us answer and relief. Thank you my son back to his normal life..
