You are a person, not a "patient." Contrary to the other reviewers, my experience with Annapolis Dermatology Associates has been "5 star" from the beginning. l have been going since 2000, after finding a "basal cell cancer" on my nose. Dr. Renfro and Jim Hines, her Physician Assistant, went WAY beyond what any other doctor/physicians assistant would do at the spur of the moment. And, they didnt have to. They exceeded my own expectations (which are extremely high, given my daughter, Amber, died from cancer). Each and every time I see them for my "annual skin survey," Jim (and sometime Erin) treats me as though I was his own mother, sister, or friend. HE CARES, takes whatever time is necessary, explains each and every detail, and is very professional. I trust him with my life—literally. The front office staff truly care about me as a person, not a "patient." Sue, Danielle, and Deb at the Kent Island office treat me with respect, kindness, and caring. The Annapolis office does the same. I have never experienced any of the previous "one star" comments. Please make the time to leave your "rating," no matter what it is. ALL of us depend on these ratings to put our lives in the hands of those people who treat their job with as much importance and devotion as the folks at Annapolis Dermatology Associates do. You are NOT a patient, you are a person, and they know it. I would not go anywhere else.

I wish the customer service staff was just as professional as the clinical staff. I called in to make an appointment and the lady gave me an attitude. I told her that last time I was there I saw Dr. Lisa Renfro. Then, she argued with me and said I have only been there twice and saw Mr. Reid both times, which is not true. I have had appointments with Renfro and Cobb. So, I dont know why her system is wrong. Then, she proceeded to tell me all the times I have cancelled appointments. I cancel but not that often. She also criticized me for the reason I was coming in. I dont need criticism. I just need you to do your job and make the appointment. The customer service here is less than mediocre however, I would still recommend because the physicians here are fantastic! This place could really benefit from re-training their customer service team.

No wonder Dr. Renfro is rated Top Doc! I felt well cared for from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I went to Annapolis Dermatology Associates after another dermatologist in the area declined to biopsy a spot I found suspicious -- even though I have a history of skin cancer. I saw one of Dr. Renfros physician assistants who agreed the spot needed a biopsy -- it turned out to be skin cancer!! Dr. Renfro treated my basal cell with Mohs surgery. You cant even see my scar! Ive watched each and every staff member treat every patient with such care and respect. I will never go anywhere else. I wish all of my doctors offices were like this.

Ive been at the practice for two years and have been happy. I feel the providers have been thorough in their exams and thoughtful in their answers and guidance. In particular, Reid Raleigh PA really stands out. The office is clean, staff are pleasant and they have good office procedures in place. A few appointments have been delayed, but to be fair, that is standard for most of the physician practices in the area.

Fair to long wait, perhaps thirty minutes, but not abnormal for a doctors office. The doctor I saw was professional and answered numerous questions I had, then performed a mole biopsy, and answered several more after. He was patient and thorough, and I left exactly an hour after I arrived. A positive experience.

They will screw you with a co-pay charge. And you have to pay $50 for a mistake on their part if they dont actually use the correct number to reach you. Oh and there hours are awful and they take a lunch break at noon. So good luck getting in touch with them.

Was able to get an early morning appointment within two days. The staff was super nice. Dr. Lanuti was very patient with me, and explained everything so I could understand. So glad I found them. Will recommend to family and friends.

Had a 10AM appointment. Was called in just before 10AM saw the doctor. He froze three spots on my face and I was out by 10:18AM. No wait no hassle no problems. Best doctors office experience EVER.

Was told to show up 45 minutes early to complete paperwork that took 5 minutes to complete. Proceeded to wait an hour and a half to be called back. Quite unacceptable.
