Dr. Chow and staff are the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met. I am so thrilled that Dr. Chow opened her clinic! I will never take my little guys to anyone else! I had to take my little buddy, Rusty for a large lump removal. I was so worried because hes 13 years old and has seizures. Dr Chow always takes the best care of Rusty, keeping all of this in mind. Her staff is wonderful, but Dr. Chow is the most incredible person, she loves her job, and really cares about the animals. Rusty came out of the surgery and did really well. He is making a full recovery and got his final after surgery checkup today. She did a wonderful job with the incision, its all healed up and when the hair grows back over it you wont even be able to see it. Thank you Dr. Chow so much for taking such good care of my baby!!! Love you guys!!

Dr. Chow and her staff are, hands downs, the most compassionate and caring veterinary staff I have ever taken my fur-babies to. Simultaneously providing top-notched care with a professional yet personal atmosphere. We are greeted personally as we come in and they genuinely care and follow the progress of my dogs. They have always encouraged and answered every question I have, from beginning care of new puppy adoptions to end-of-life care. My dogs, too, offer a great recommendation, as they are excited to come to BEEVET with their tails wagging as we arrive. I landed at BEEVET by happenstance and an emergency situation with my last dog, but I am so grateful to have found them. They are a true gem in Bee Caves.

This is one great animal hospital. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a veterinarian who provides quality care. Dr. Chow, Dr. Moore and Dr. Zimmer are great and I actually feel like they care about me and my dog. I can always count on great service when I come here. You can tell that everyone that works there are true animal lovers. My dog loves all the staff members at BEEVET and she is not afraid when she walks in the door (which wasnt the case at our last vet). They answer every question you might have and explain it in a way that is easy to understand for someone who doesnt know much about animal medicine. They also offer a free exam to new clients and newly adopted pets! I highly recommend!

Dr. McShane and the staff at Caring Hands Animal Hospital are the best! They were suggested to us when we moved here 7 years ago as THE VET to care for our boxer with multiple health issues. They arent the cheapest vet in town but we feel that they are worth every penny, so much so that even though we now live 45-50 minutes away we continue to care for our pets at CHAH. Office visits are thorough and Dr. McShane has been instrumental in the care of our sweet dogs. Jill, Mary and Kelley always offer a warm welcome and lots of cookies for the dogs and field phone calls from this concerned pet owner A LOT. I also love that they call to follow up on your pet after treatment.

Winston and Kopi, a pair of young pugs, found themselves in Austin for a few months. During that time there were a few things that came up, nothing major, vaccinations and a couple of quirky pug type things. In every aspect everyone at Beevet was completely engaged, very sympathetically and energetically attentive to the little dogs. I have no doubt that any pet that finds itself there will be treated with the same high level of professionalism and so I am happy to say that Beevet has more than earned its five stars from me.

Dr. Moore has the worst communication skills. Belittles clients when they dare ask a question. When I ask for an explanation of charges I get the runaround, when I press further she has no legitimate explanation of charges and ends up dropping tests because they have no bearing on the issue at hand. This is an obvious issue as the staff have no idea what theyre doing either. I wanted something better than a chain vet big box place, I hate to say that this is worse.

I cannot express my gratitude towards Dr. Chow, Dr. Moore, and the family at BEEVET. They continue to amaze me and out-do my high expectations each and every visit. The staff is incredibly personable and make you and your fur baby feel completely comfortable. I cannot thank you enough for the love and care you have provided for me and my fur babies. Three cheers and 5 stars for Caring Hands Animal Hospital and the staff. Because of Dr. McShane, my husband and I adopted a retired racing greyhound. Having owned a greyhound herself, Dr. McShane has been an incredible source of advice and encouragement. She has patiently answered all my questions in a timely and concerned manner. Needless to say, my retiree Eddy looks forward to every visit!

We came to this hospital yesterday because of an emergency situation with our young dog. She had suffered a bee sting and was really in bad shape. We were welcomed with open arms by Dr. Chow and the team at BEEVET and they saved our dogs life. We are so grateful for their care and compassion. Think twice before coming here! They are very profit oriented and do not like to entertain questions concerning pricing and office policies. It is essentially their way or the highway. The hospital manager is rude and unprofessional and she is the only person Dr. McShane wants you to talk to with questions and concerns. Dr. does not return your calls!!

Dr Mc Shane and staff do an excellent job. They are thorough with exams and look at the entire history of the animal in recommending care. They help us care for a delicate dog that has remained cancer free for 7 years.
