We currently have them for my husband.anagement is rude and do not get back to us with concerns. We had his evening aide no call no show and this company does NOT have any backup caregivers whatsoever. If someone is sick or has an emergency they will not send anyone. We recently had this happen and after a week of that aide no showing he went to them and they were going to send him back without checking with us at all. We told them this is not okay and we would speak with him and go from there. He no call no showed again 3 times. They were going to send some girl to our house last week after she was just interviewed and watched a 2 hour video. My husband is paraplegic and this isnt sufficient. They were also sending another stranger to our home without giving us name or any info. They also do not do background checks or drug screens. We later found out our evening aide had NO DRIVERS license and was driving there every day and had been in prison. This agency CANNOT be trusted. Im in the process of changing and interviewing new agencies

We were very excited to have Patriot Home as a potential agency to help with my Mom home health care. Unfortunately, we have decided against that after what happened. My family scheduled a first appointment with the family to meet with the representative and potential person schedule to care for Mom. She never showed up! No phone call to say why. We called the agency twice a never got a return call that day. The next day a person just showed up at my Moms residence to work. We had no idea the young lady was coming. We told the person we were no longer interested. Then we get a phone call from the agency with an apology stating she was out yesterday and there was some kind of mix up. Our first impression is that this was handled very unprofessionally and because of the sensitivity of care taking, we would have to go with another agency.

Former employee. Supervisor and owner blamed me for fraud without any proof or documentation. Publicly embrassed me in front of my coworkers and lied and said I had my job back to find out they were trying get me locked up by the police. Then lied and said I would never get my paycheck. I loved my job dearly and I loved helping the elderly people that really needed the waiver services. I never in my life jeopardized my life, job or someones elses personal information. God does things for a reason and Im receiving better pay within a more professional work setting. Although my reputation was ruined, God only saw my true intentions.

The pittsburgh office is horrible!!! Very very unproffessional! Sally the office manager needs to be investigated by the state for fraud. I am a HHA for Patriot. Not for long though. Sally stated one pay grade at my interview but when I received my check it was considering much lower. I received a call from the office the day before pay day. Telling me they needed additional information from my application process that had never been discussed with me. They stated that I would not receive my check. This company needs to be investigated thoroughly regarding their business practices!!!

Worse place to get help! They left me without home care for several days! They even left me stranded at the hospital! Use them at your own caution! I dont recommend for anyone especially for seniors. They shouldnt even be in business! Use at your own risk!

I actually love them.. the staff isnt rude to me; in fact they are sweethearts. The Hispanic lady from human resources is a doll to talk with, and Im totally in love with that beautiful Ukrainian woman..

They are very unprofessional and rude. They only want to work with you, if you bring them a client in, for you to work with. I wouldnt waste my time going to them.

Very unprofessional. The state should close them down. We should call the District Attorney office and file a class action law suit against them.
