I came in to apply and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They explained the application process and everything I need in order to start as a Home Health Aide as soon as possible. They also provide training at the agency which is very convenient, and they have a driver on hand for people who do not have a way to get to the agency. All in all, my experience has been very satisfying and I am happy to be starting with this agency.

Tried to get support for my room mate who had a kidney transplant. 2 days after we gave them all his personal information, someone attempted to create a direct deposit with social security and take his check. They dont know anything about health information protection. One of the ladies had him drop his information off in her home mail box. Id exorcise extreme caution when deal with this organization.

Ive been dealing with this company for some time now. Almost every week they call with some sort of issue or another. As if theyre making up rules as they go along. Some of the employees need to be trained a Lil better also. Theyre customer service support is good tho. Always greets you with a smile

The only reason why it has 2 stars is because the girls greet you and smile but they are very unorganized they lost my paperwork and when I ask to speak to the supervisor out of know where they found my paperwork

They only got 1 star so I could rate. Terrible agency. Poor communication & untrained aides (mostly). Aide dropped me w/ hoyer lift & another stole $ & my medication.
