I swear if I could give this place less than one star I would. I have been waiting over a month for a portable oxygen concentrator for my mother. Whenever I call I am left on hold forever and the customer service department is completely uncaring. You are not allowed to ever call the local branch office...everycall goes to their customer service call center in Colorado which is ridiculous. I get told a different back order story everytime I call with little or no help. I am promised someone from the branch will call me...they never do. I am told the order will be on a date...the date passes and no call - no email - no update. My mother is special to me but no more special than any other customer that is also in need...I get that....but to this place she means less than nothing and that is unacceptable. I would not reccomend Apria Healthcare to a dying dog. Consider yourself forewarned.

I dont know who set up Aprias protocols for managing customers, but they should be fired and never allowed to work with people again. Why? Because you cannot call your office directly. You have to call the corporate Apria number and then go through a customer service representative. It doesnt matter if you have an extension for one of the respiratory therapists because there is no way to enter that number. You are stuck having to use this backwards system where you go through a middle person. Do all DMEs work this way? If so, I would choose another and avoid Apria.

The driver on truck number 16160 (Leon possibly????) is the nicest man we have ever met. He delivers to a home in Hamilton Twp NJ and is always very cordial and friendly.
