We used this agency in Pennsylvania and they were top notch, whatever we needed they were able to provide care even in short notice. This place we give them a schedule a week in advance and they once in a while come through for us. I cannot tell you how many times my wife and I had to cancel our plans because no one was able to watch my mother-in-law. We even had to go out and hire other people to fill in where they cant, which is financially hard. We should be able to count on one agency to be there when we need help.

I have worked with Bright Star Care for almost 1 year now and I must say that the care that is given to the clients by the staff is excellent. Patients needs are meet quickly, professionally and completely. As an employee, the pay scale is good, there is comradery amongst staff and internal issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, thoroughly and to everyones satisfaction.
