THEY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE!!! I was not established with them and when I called about my dog and explained what was going on they got me in ASAP and I knew as soon as I walked in I had chose the right place. From the front office to the Dr I was impressed. My dog would of died without them and their kindness and concern was real and I appreciated them. I saw Dr. Bittner and she was 100% honest with me and told me she did not know if my dog would make it. She is gentle and soft spoken and has a calming air about her which I really needed. I left her there and went to work to get my mind off the situation and this was about 10. Dr. Bittner called and left me a vm around 12 and I could tell by her tone that she was really happy - she called to tell me that even though my baby was not out of the woods yet she noticed something that made her feel that she was improving - she told me that when she walked up to my dog who was IVd and had a cath my dog waged her tail a little. I was so happy she had called to tell me that because I knew my dog felt secure because she would of never waged her tail if she did not trust the people around her. I picked her up Saturday morning and she is almost back to normal. I am impressed with Twin Lakes

I took my dog in for a diagnosis and consequent surgery; the initial diagnosis cost 100% more than what Twin Lakes Vet clinic told me it would. I should have known better, but I went ahead and scheduled surgery. When I picked up my dog from surgery, the cost was 3 times the estimate. I only paid the exorbitant fee because they promised to go above and beyond later if my dog needed further care. Two days later, my dog needed further care. They wanted to argue with me on the phone about it, then told me to pick up my dog. When I picked up my dog, I was handed a letter telling me I wasnt welcome back. The receptionist Kendra was extremely rude, and when the owner called me later he lied about his knowledge of everything. I was lied to 6 different times by the staff at this clinic - avoid at all costs. Go get a second opinion if you must see Twin Lakes Vet Clinic first - youll be glad you got a second opinion. I had the worst experience Ive ever had at any business, bar none. Ive had to spend thousands at another clinic to correct the lousy surgery Twin Lakes Vet performed - and the work isnt done yet. Steer clear of this lousy clinic!

I had recently moved to the area when my lab started to get ichy and started to loose hair around those spots. I took her to Twin Lakes and they had convinced me that she was allergic to her food and that I needed to buy the special food they had. They also told me that I would have to buy several different bags to test out a lot of ingredients to find out what she was allergic to. I wasnt thrilled with buying a bunch of food that she may never finish so they told me to get the allergy test and blood test done so I didnt have to waste my time with buying a bunch of food. Once they told me the price $440 there was no way I had enough money for that. When they gave me the bill for the office visit my bill was outragous. I had to get approved for a "carecredit" card to be able to afford the whole thing. I decided to get a second opinion and was refered to Sacajawea by a friend. I brought her in and within 5 min they told me she was allergic to fleas. Sac told me to go online to buy Advantage because it was cheaper and my total bill for that visit was $60! Two stars for cleanliness.

I was new to town and was not established with a Vet yet. My dog 13yrs had an enlarged heart and we were aware of it. She came into the house to eat dinner and proceeded to back up from her bowl and then fell on the floor and deficated. This clinc was close to my house and my husband and I wanted to just let her go. We got there and they first wanted to verify that credit was good and proceeded to try to convience us that they could save her. After they tired of trying to convience us they left to get the drugs to let her pass without pain..right after they went to get the drug, she ..died.. on their table. Not only did she die on their table while still in pain. But, to make matters worse they charged us for the drugs/appointment and would not let us take her with us to bury on our parents property and charged us to have her cremated.....I have never been back since!

My poor dog had an open sore on her leg. The vet examined her, said it would need lancing, and $600 later she had put my dog under general anaesthesia only to discover that the sore was only scar tissue--which she should have seen from the start. The vet and clerks did not communicate, and so I would hear one thing while talking to the vet, then another thing from the clerks when I showed up to pick up ointment or other meds. Later, when I came back for another antibiotic ointment dose (already prescribed, earlier, though expensive--over $100), I was told that the vet wanted to charge for another examination before I could pick it up. This clinic cares more about charging for unnecessary procedures and tests than my dogs health.

The staff is very friendly and competent. My dog respects the doctors and care givers and We have always received appropriate treatment and received valuable information for how to better care for my dog. They dont scold me if she gets overweight, but instead just problem solve. They are available every time I call and do their best to get me in soon or urgently when needed. Im so glad we found this team and so close to home as well. Prices are reasonable and fair. They are a bit less costly than the vet we had in Seattle. The pet treats cost a little less then I can find on Amazom. And the treats and food they sell is quality rather than just pharmaceutical grade foods. I really love this group!!

I took my new puppy in. They told me she had ear mites wich I thought was odd because the breeder I got her from had just had her checked the day before. Then they called a few days later telling me she had worms. They said the meds would be $30 and that I should go ahead and treat my other dog and that medicine would be a lot more because of his weight. I took a sample of stool to another vet and they tested it and said she had no evidence of anything at all! THESE PPL ARE FRAUDS! STAY AWAY!

Very professional. Our dog had a G/I problem, they gave him a thourough examination, explained all that was, may have been, and probably wasnt going on. The vet was a really good communicator, and did not rush the visit at all like most medical doctors (because of their "patient per hour" quotas). Great bedside manner. Gave us what we needed in the way of meds and advice, and didnt try to sell us the store "to generate extra revenue". Reasonably priced. I recommend them.
