My 4 yr. old son had his first dentist appointment a while back with a previous dentist and it was not a successful one. He was very uncomfortable and anxious. As result, he did not have his first cleaning. A lot of it had to do with the set-up of the office. It was very overwhelming for a toddler although it was an office for child dentistry. Months later, I knew I had to find a new dentist but I was very worried making sure that I would pick the right dentist this time around. I searched reviews on line and was fortunate to have found positive reviews for SmileLand. I was able to make my appointment in a timely manner with many dates and times available. Other offices I tried to book appointments for, sometimes told me they didn’t have dates until December 2015. My very first impression of the staff was exceptional. I needed to change my original date of my appointment so I called the office. Something came up at that second and I had to cancel the call before anyone picked up. I forgot to call back and in about 2 hours, I received a call from the office and it was Sheila saying that she noticed that she had a missed call from my number and wanted to see if I needed any assistance with my upcoming appointment! I was so impressed. Doctor offices dont do this type of service anymore. Then on the actual appointment day, things just got better. The office is super kid friendly and the layout really cool. My son and my family were treated very kindly and made the experience all too easy. Dr. Reza was meant to be a dentist. He was very gentle with my son. He did a show and tell with all the instruments he would be using and only made things easier for him to cooperate. My son was able to allow Dr. Reza to check him thoroughly and the cleaning was a success. We will continue to be with this office for a very long time and highly recommend for anyone to give them a try.

We LOVE SmileLand! We moved here a little over a year ago and Im so glad someone referred us. Our dentist before we moved here was great, but not a pediatric dentist. My kids didnt mind going, but their first appointment right after they turned one mainly consisted of them sitting in the chair tight-lipped. Now my 3 and 5-year-old LOVE going to the dentist. I took my 15-month-old for her first appointment and figured it would be much like at our old dentist, but I was so wrong. SmileLand is definitely set up for kids. They actually cleaned my 15-month-olds teeth and without tears. Its like theyre professionals or something. ; ) Dr. Reza is so friendly and informative and staff is great, too! I really only have one complaint and that is the toothbrushes. At our old dentist the kids toothbrushes were nice Oral B brand and would last 6 months between appointments no matter how hard they brushed or how hard they bit. The toothbrushes from SmileLand are CUTE and my kids love the designs, but they dont last a month and I have to go buy new ones because the rubber on the ends is coming off. Thats a small complaint, though, and not enough to keeps us away because everything else is so awesome! : )

We came to SmileLand as a tough case. My daughter had very heavy plaque build up. I was under the impression that her teeth might be permanently discolored. Ms. Erin was kind, encouraging and very skilled--not just with her techinic and expertise, but in her manner and knowing young patients very well. She put my anxious daughter at ease by describing everything that was going to happen and encouraging her along the way. In the end we were so thankful for the turnaround in her smile. Her teeth are sparkling and her smiles reflects the improvement and new confidence. And Im so grateful her teeth are healthy again. Our experience with Dr Reza was equally positive. Thank you very much SmileLand.

My 3 year olds first visit to the dentist at Smileland Pediatric Dentistry was wonderful! The environment is fun, beautiful, clean, the staff is very wellcoming and efficient. Dr. Reza was absolutely great. He established a great rapport with my daughter right away and she felt very comfortable through the whole process. He was able to do his assessments/treatments without any difficulty, which I was very surprised to see because my daughter has a bad gag reflex that was a challenge for me. I got all my questions answered by Dr. Reza without feeling that he was rushing with the schedule. Everything went really well. I absolutely recomend this clinic!

It was my sons first visit to a dentist (almost 5 years old!) and he was super scared when we first got there. But the assistant and the dentist were so incredibly patient and nice and really understood kids. They thought of everything and were able to take away his apprehension. They even gave him sunglasses when he lay down, so the lights werent too bright. And chocolate-flavored toothpaste... how cool is that?? Fun office setting, too. He didnt want to leave afterward! Everyone was so very kind and understanding about his fears. Thanks so much!! We will definitely be back in 6 months for the next check-up :)

BEST Dentist appointment for my son ever. My son is autistic. Lots of places say they handle special needs children. Let me say these people go beyond expectations. To say my son does not like being seen by a doctor is like saying the sun is warm. The dentist was so kind soft spoken so as to not raise Dantes anxiety. I knew he was the right guy for us when he held my son upright with his hand while talking softly to him as he adjusted the chair then let him set his own pace adjusting to the change. If I could just find a pediatrician that was a tiny bit as good I would be set. My son defiantly has a new Dentist!

My first impression of the office was very nice. The office was very welcoming for kids. The staffs were very polite and professional. However, I was so disappointed with the doc. My daughter had a front tooth that was halfway loose with a new tooth trying to grow too. I made the appt to have it remove but no service was done at all. I was told by the staff that I needed to get pre authorized for many work that needed to be done. The next day, I went to another office and her procedure was done. I was really looking forward to this office with all the good reviews. But turned out disappointed.

Excellent!! Ive been very lucky to find Smileland as Ive recently moved to the area. This place has great atmosphere with excellent service! I cant recommend SmileLand enough to everyone. Staff are super amazing, they go above and beyond to help patients. Dr Reza is an amazing paediatric dentist whom take pride for what he does. My children could not have had a better experience. I have been informed of every stage of their treatments with details. I would definitely recommend SmileLand to every family with small children. Five star!

I am very pleased with my experience at smile land pediatric. My son is 14 months and we had our first check up . Dr. Reza and his assistants are so well trained with kids . I didnt think my son will even go in a room but the atmosphere of the office and people working there was so kid friendly that made our visit to dentist so much easier . Highly recommend them if your kid needs an expert pediatric dentist .
