Dentist, NO WAY! I have always been afraid of Dentists due to a bad painful experience some years ago. Due to a pain on a tooth for a long while and was nothing than getting worse I was forced to visit a Dentist, I thank God for meeting Dr. Rodriguez; he treated me with much respect and consideration understanding my fears and lack of trust to any Dentist. He took his time making sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Rodriguez saved my tooth even thou I thought that an extraction was necessary due to the horrible pain; instead, Dr. Rodriguez explained and showed me with the X-rays why the tooth could be saved. He saved my tooth and took the pain away. I can smile without showing a hole because I kept my tooth... lol. I cant thank enough to my neighbor for recommending Dr. Rodriguez to my family. By the way, a very nice, clean, and presentable office.

FYI -DONT BOOK ONLINE OR AT ALL.... Omg talking about pissed off and stressed out with his staff and their inconsiderable actions! Since when does a receptionist have the authority to change your booking time??? Wait not one client but THREE!? I book the app.a week in advanced never called to cancel! They said they tried to contact me but no answer..either way i didnt cancel the appointed times & my 8 year old daughter who i took out of school wouldve been the only new client needing paper work and also was the last of us to be seen at 3pm . I live n Hyattsville work in columbia md & still managed to be there at 1:35>>> 1:30 2:30 & 3:00.....Just for youll to tell me your time is more important and youll gave our appointed times to a walk in my face at 1:48!!! Smh Nice doctor & all but terrible management and we will never waste our time again!!!!

At first I was very pleased with the service, but then I needed a crown and was told that he didnt do crowns and was summarily dismissed with a blank referral not naming any dentist. I called my insurer which found that very strange. I checked the website and it said he did do crowns. I think that he didnt like the amount the insurer would pay. I called the insurer, they called the office and that appeared to be the case, so a complaint has been filed. As the insurer said, a provider cannot pick and chose what services hell provide and what services he wont depending on monetary profit--he either agrees to accept a plan or he doesnt. I have no use for this type of provider, which may explain why his office is always empty.

As much as I hate dental appointments, this one went really well. I was able to book the appointment online. I got a response from the receptionist to confirm almost immediately, even though it was the weekend. I also got follow up text messages to remind me of the appointment, give me directions and tell me about the parking situation. Only one patient is booked per hour, so the reception area was empty. Dr. Rodriguez was very pleasant. He did an initial exam. I needed updated x-rays which he was able to do from the same chair. He explained the x-rays. No new cavities. He moved on to the cleaning, which went well. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Overall a great experience!

This was the first Dentist Office I have ever been to where I was the only patient scheduled for my own hour with the Dentist. Normally the dentist bounces back and forth between treatment rooms handling multiple patients, but Dr. Rodriguez only allowed his staff to book one patient per hour so I received his undivided attention. He explained my X-rays in detail and took his time addressing my dental needs and concerns. What a breath of fresh air, I was his priority. If you are looking for a Dentist that CARES look no further. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez for placing your patients first.

Dr. Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained every procedure my kids went through and I cant thank him enough for the Invisalign treatment my 16 year old son is doing now. His teeth are looking better than ever and I cant believe its such a noticeable difference in just a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend him. The office is beautiful and clean. The waiting room is not cluttered with people and that is wonderful. Now a days to go to an appointment and be seen at said time is a luxury.

Excellent Experience! Dr. Rodriguez explained what my dental needs are in a way no dentist has ever taken time to do. He was patient, personal and actually listened to my concerns. I was in the chair within 2 minutes of finishing my Patient Registration and personally greeted as I entered the treatment room by Dr. Rodriguez. The wonderful front desk receptionist was personable and great to work with in scheduling my next visit. I will recommend Dr. Rodriguez to my co-workers, family and friends. I found MY dentist!!!

Excellent Dentist!! Walked in signed my forms and within a minute was introduced to Dr. Rodriguez. He is now my Personal Dentist. I was the only patient he attended to for the next hour. I havent been to a Dentist ever where they didnt rush through me for the next patient. I knew I was in for a good experience when the patient leaving as I arrived told the receptionist they were sending their family to see Dr. Rodriguez, and now, so am I. D.C finally has a Dentist that makes patients feel like they matter.

I was in Washington DC for a week earlier this December and scheduled my regular check up with Dr. Rodriguez. The staff always manages to book my appointment and they work around my busy schedule. I appreciate that they double checked that there was no other person booked when It was my turn to come in. The last thing I want to do is wait in a busy office but My Tooth Center always gets me in with very little wait. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his team for your dental procedures.

Very grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist. He and his team do literally everything they can to make going a peaceful and fun experience, and to ensure everything is painless. They work with my insurance, point out benefits I didnt even know I had, and today they even had Heavyweights playing. Could not recommend more! If youre in the DMV area and looking, check them out.
