I have been a patient with Dental One since I was 4 years old (I am now 23). I have had some serious problems with getting through to the staff. If you call their office and hit the number 1(for current patients) they dont answer and want you to leave a message. I leave several messages and call so many times. I have to call and hit 2 and act like I am a new patient and they answer right away. Once they realize you are a current patient they tell you they dont know how to transfer you to the right operator and to call back as a current patient. FYI they never call back. I have to Facebook message one of the kind ladies that work there and tell her I cant get through. I have paid over $2,000 in the last Year and a half out of pocket after my insurance was billed. I am sad to say that the administration and managers are very money hungry and not able to meet their paying patients needs. IF YOU ARE WORKING FULL TIME AND HAVE A LIFE do not waste your precious time calling this office over and over again hoping to have somebody call you back. My heart goes out to Dr. Alan because I can only imagine how frustrated her patients must be. Shes an amazing dentist! I wish she had better admin.

I went in with tooth pain. The dentist advised that I needed crowns on my back teeth. I got my lower left tooth done and have a temporary crown on it now. I called and explained I was in pain. They gave me amoxicln which didnt help much. They tried getting me in for an appointment, but with my work schedule I couldnt. They told me to try and come in at 4pm. I called back and advised I could come in. The next thing they tell me is that I need to see a root canal specialist. I dont understand because they took X-rays of my teeth. Shouldnt they have seen that? I saw the specialist and she advised that my nerve tissu is inflamed. The only way to have the pain go away is the root canal. So now Im paying more money because dental one did not see it the first time. I left a voicemail with them on Tuesday to cancel my crown filling because Im getting the root canal Thursday. These people are horrible. I only liked the doctor and the assistants of the Doctor. The receptionists seemed annoyed with me. After this I am finding another dentist.

I arrived just at my scheduled appointment time after spending quite a period of time driving around the parking lot searching for a parking space. There were approximately 6-8 other cars driving around searching for spaces at the same time. I parked just across the street in the parking lot with their permission. Upon arrival in the office I was immediately taken back to the Dental chair and the dentist began work almost immediately. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I had two fillings that I requested no numbing for other than topically on the gum and this was accommodated without question for the procedure. I had no discomfort any time during the procedure. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I will recommend other members of the family to Dental One and the dentist I saw. The cost was as I had previously been advised so there were no surprises. Great experience for a dental visit.

Had a tooth causing pain. The office scheduled an appointment for me to see the dentist the same day. I was given a check up and instructions on handling the problem until it could be determined exactly what the problem was since xrays did not reveal the problem. I was scheduled to see an endodontist in a few days. In the meantime I was prescribed some pain meds to get me through the weekend. The support staff at the counter as well as the dentist and assistants were very supportive and addressed all concerns immediately. All were very pleasant and handled my questions from telephone calls as quickly as possible. They returned my calls within minutes with answers I needed from my dentist.

When we moved to the Westminster area four years ago I spent a fair amount of time researching local dental providers. I was impressed with Dental Ones website and ease of online scheduling. I made appointments for all of my children and have been very impressed with the practices staff, location and facility. The staff is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. We will be patients of the practice for a long time!

The front desk, Hygientist Jennifer,and Dr Allen were wonderful. My only complaint is that when I try to make my next appointment for 6 month cleaning and recheck, they are overbooked and cannot make one for 8 months!! This also happened last year at same office, which does not allow me to use the dental benefits I pay for. Very frustrating. I am moving on to an office that can better serve me every 6 months!!

I just LOVE you guys! Not only does one of my oldest and dearest friends, (Sherry Silsby) work there in the main office, but Dr. Kisicki is awesome! He knows that Im afraid of Dentists and he has ALWAYS treatment so good and makes me feel at ease! And he doesnt hurt me,lol.
