As with some people, dentists are not my most favorite doctors to visit. However, I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Dr. Chason. He explained the procedure I needed in detail and answered my many questions. In addition, his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The procedure I required was an extraction and bone graft and I was scared to death. His technicians were friendly and they, too, answered every silly question I could think of which also helped in making me feel as comfortable as I would allow myself without having a "white knuckle death grip" on the chair arms. As I counted down the days until my procedure, it finally came, and I was on pins and needles. Both Dr. Chason and his staff, including the front desk personnel, put me at ease. I elected general anesthesia and was not sure what my comfort and/or pain level would be following the procedure. Much to my surprise there was no pain at all; I never needed the pain prescription Dr. Chason gave me nor OTC pain meds. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the entire experience was. Dr. Chason was kind enough to call that evening to check on me which was appreciated. In summary, I highly recommend choosing Dr. Chason should you need oral surgery. He and his staff made a very scared and uneasy patient feel completely comfortable. We even shared some laughs . . . before falling asleep. I want to express my appreciation in the time he spent with me at my followup visit explaining the next process. He is very thorough and makes you feel as if you were his only patient. His staff is great!! A family-like atmosphere!!

Office staff was unfriendly. From making the appointment to checking out, I found them to be cold. When I arrived, I did not have my dental card and they treated me as if this was a huge problem. I was able to go online and email the card to them from Delta Dental. Dr. Chason did not examine my mouth or review the xrays I brought him. He determined that I needed a $650 appliance. Upon checking out, I was told that my visit and the appliance were not covered by my insurance. I was confused because I know that my dental insurance covers 90% without a copay. I was told that my problem was medical, not dental. It was Delta Dental that referred me to him in the first place. Of course medical is not going to cover a dental problem. Dr. Chasons office refused to put the claim through on my dental insurance. Worst experience with a doctor ever! I called Delta Dental to let them know so they would not refer him again. What a waste of time.

Being turned away from 2 other doctors due to the severity, of the unfortunate situation, my mouth was in is very discouraging. Having a terrible infection, that was quickly moving up my face, a person would think that any one doctor would want to help. However that was not the case. Dr. Jay Chason was the third doctor I spoke with over the phone. After listening to my situation I was told to come in right away (the same day) for, basically, an emergency oral surgery procedure that I undoubtedly needed to get done. I was absolutely blown away at how caring, empathetic, professional, and friendly Dr. Chason is. Both he and his nursing staff were very comforting and really made me feel like I was in great hands and at the right place. They treated me with the utmost respect any person deserves to be treated with. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Chason to any and everyone because I assure they will have a positive experience.

My back tooth broke off over weekend. Every oral dentist i called either told me it would be weeks to be seen or if they could see me today they would definitely not be removing the rest of tooth on first visit (knowing i was in extreme pain). Not only did Dr. Chasons office squeeze me in, the Dr removed the rest of my tooth. Honestly the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. First time Ive ever had a tooth removed that i didnt feel pain. Office staff was so nice an helpful, and Dr. Chason is an amazing denist. I would an will highly recommend him.

This was the second child of ours to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Chason. Need we say more that we chose him again? :) His office is helpful and professional. Dr. Chason is pleasant, caring, and explains things well to both parent and child/teen. He is professional and does an outstanding job. He calls several hours after the procedure to see how things are going. We highly recommend him to friends!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed in 2016 and Dr Chason called a few hours later to check on me and once I told him my nausea and vomiting did not subside he immediate called my pharmacy to prescribe nausea medicine. After doing so, he called me again that evening to ask how I felt after taking nausea meds. He provided quality care and I would refer anyone to him.
