I was terrified of going to the dentist and hadnt been in years. Im so glad I chose smile solutions! The dentist and hygienist were both SO kind. They made me feel comfortable and Im just so grateful that I found them. They listened to what I wanted and helped me make a care plan for my teeth, both medically and cosmetically. I was honestly so scared at first, and embarrassed, but now Im just happy to have taken the first step towards a better smile. If my next few appointments go anything like the first one then I might overcome my fear of the dentist all together - I felt no pain at all. None. Im a patient for life for sure! Thanks guys! 9/16/2016 update: had cavities filled today, was really terrified of the drill but surprisingly had no pain. I was so comfortable that I actually almost fell asleep! My phone died so I couldnt use headphones to listen to music while they worked (anything to cover sound of drills) but listening to the dentist and hygienist talk was so entertaining I actually dont even want my headphones next time! They are funny, kind, and make you feel so at ease. Im becoming more and more convinced this is my dentist for life! Im registering my children, my husband, and referring my mom. Smile Solutions is just the best!

Dr. Pfountz, Trisha, and the whole staff at Smile Solutions are wonderful! They are very professional, yet warm, friendly, and there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. They absolutely took care of all my dental needs to get me prepared to wear braces, at a much older age than most people with braces, so I was very uptight and apprehensive about all of it. And I was very honest with them that I was scared of going to the dentist, but after all the treatments at their office much of my fear has been alleviated or just outright disappeared, something I thought would never happen. I receive the BEST care there and Im grateful to have their whole staff in my town and as my dentist. Thanks to all of them. :)

Not a fan of dentists in general and have had a fear of them for a long time but that all changed with smile solutions. Timothy was great and it has actually been a pleasure going to see them. He always remembers me and who I am and the activities I do (running, working out etc..) and he always remembers my kids and wifes name. Asks how everyone is and has always been very upfront with me about everything. Honestly the first dentist I dont hate going to and actually recomend them to all my friends if they ask. On top of all that he does great work and doesnt tell me to have anything done I dont need. The rest of the staff are super friendly and very courteous and overall I couldnt be more pleased.

Dr. Pfountz and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! The care received was phenomenal. Excellent "bedside" manner. Very thorough and painless cleaning, and I received 2 fillings that didnt hurt a bit! I didnt feel a thing! I was terrified to have them done, and it was all for nothing. I was told I needed a lot more work, for a lot more money, at another local dentists office, and Im so glad I went for a second opinion. I trust them. They arent recommending unnecessary treatment to make a buck. I absolutely love this office! Best in Wilson County! Thanks so much! Sarah

Love this dental practice. Dr. Pfountz is professional and personable at the same time. He is honest. He was amazing with our 4 year old daughter during fillings (she was excited to do it!). Who is excited to do restorative work?? Its necessary but seriously?! The dental hygienist, Trisha Scott, is also a wonderful addition to Dr. Pfountzs staff. She is thorough and also makes you feel comfortable. I love the front desk staff all the way to the back! So thankful my family found this dental practice!

9/14 Went for my first visit with Dr. Pfountz. I cant say enough about how nice and knowlegable he and his staff are. I am getting a upper plate. Dr. Pfountz measured and took impressions. I am now excited about getting this done........I feel really good about it. I recomment them highly. 10/14 Ok.....got my top plate and I am sooooo pleased. It is natural and looks just like my teeth yrs. ago. I wish I hadnt waited so long. Dr. Pfontz, thank you so much for giving me a beautiful smile.

I did not like the vibe there. The secretary was a big fat ugly chick with a loud mouth who talked so loud about something personal that everyone could know your business. I will say the Dentist was nice. Everyone else just seemed money hungry and short. If youre going to charge so much at least give good customer service. I am cancelling with them and going to drive almost an hour to my regular dentist where they are professional.

Smile Solutions in Lebanon is AMAZING! I have been going to them for about 4 years now & they always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Pfountz is a perfectionist (like the way that you want your dentist to be) and has great bed side manner along with making sure my pearly whites stay in tact. I have already recommend about 5 people to that office. I strongly encourage if you are hesitating going to the dentist this should be your guy.

Ive sat in a lot of Dentists chairs in my life and can say without a doubt that Dr. Pfountz is by far the best Dentist I have ever had. He is diligent, caring, and friendly. Everyone was super friendly and they were all very welcoming. The dentists did a great job explaining what was going on with my teeth, what I could do to improve them, and they also went through, step-by-step how they were going to fix my cavities and deal with my wisdom teeth. They were all very professional and I truly enjoyed my experience!

I have been going there since they opened. I drive 45 minutes to get there and love everyone there. From the second that you walk in the door you feel welcome. I like that they get to know what you like outside of the heath of your mouth. Amway a great experience and would advise everyone to give them a try!!!
