We brought in our 1 yr old in for an ear infection on Dec 31st. The doctor said she didnt have an ear infection and that she had a red throat and a runny noise. He turned us away with our baby crying saying we should come back after lunch to see if her ear turns into an, infection. Went down the road to another clinic and they said she does have an ear infection and no redness in her throat and no runny noise. If you get Dr. Brian then look out for no help there.. and go to another doctor.

Had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Aeschlimann was so patient and thorough with my 14 month old, even though she was screaming and crying through the whole exam. He explained everything very clearly to us, was compassionate amd super friendly! There was no wait when we got there and i thought the price (with our insurance applied) was very reasonable. We will definitely come back here in the future if we need to.

This place has always just been "okay", not great. But the medical assistant this time was brusque and condescending. My child has seen more doctors than the rest of the family put together. Talking to him and me like we are idiots and an inconvenience is a sure-fire way to lose our business. Fortunately, the PA has been great so far.

Horrible experience with the medical assistant (Pearla). She does not know how to communicate with parents effectively. After the incident, she sarcastically would say what she was doing next. Dr. Carlos A. Aeschlimann was informative and great with my child.

Had a great experience here. The front staff greeted me in a timely manner and with a smile. Back office staff and the provider were detailed and compassionate. Would recommend this clinic to everyone.
