Alright, so Im going to start with the fact that my wife dealt with the office and doctor and not me, but from the stories she has related to me, I am appalled and thoroughly convinced that the doctor and team at this office have little to no care for their patients or the parents of their patients. My wife and daughter had an appointment at 1030. According to my wife, so did two other moms she spoke to on the Little Texans Facebook page. My daughter was not seen until after 1300. My four year old, with anxiety issues, and a fear of shots, sat in a doctors office waiting room unable to leave for food for over three hours. The office made my wife choose between feeding our daughter and allowing our daughter to be seen by the doctor. Now, let me add on to this by stating that the appointment WAS THE SECOND APPOINTMENT WE HAD TO SETUP. My wife previously had a ten o clock appointment that we attempted to make before my wife had to be at school. The receptionist informed my wife that we would not be seen before noon. What is the point of making appointments if you cannot keep them? I am furious. I am glad, that by schedule chance, I wasnt there. How dare any "pediatrician" place children and parents in a position where they must choose between food every four hours and a necessary appointment for recommended and often required for childcare vaccinations? They asked for a credit card and have a policy of billing patients for no show on appointments regardless. This office is horrid. We will not be returning. Stay away from this place if you love your kids, or at the very least, value your time. The DMV doesnt treat people with such disrespect with regard to time. The IRS doesnt assume such a level of control with your money. This facility is provides worse healthcare service than the VA, and as a veteran, thats a damn hard to reach accomplishment.

Ive been seeing Dr. Quiroz since my daughter was born. She is now 9 months old. We had our 9 month check up yesterday (06/28/2017) and it was the last and final straw for my husband and myself. That office is terrible. The front desk clerk is the rudest person. She even has a nasty look on her face at all times. The MA isnt much better. There is no one there that makes you feel good about having to be there. Dr. Q is obviously smart, but his way of thinking is not ok in my book. I dont need to be told that my 9 month old is overweight and we need to count calories, and keep a FOOD JOURNAL. Every other health provider she has ever seen has said shes perfect. We are doing everything right. Shes on a very tight schedule. Not to mention...you will seriously be there over 2 hours. Without fail, every single visit I waited over 2 hours. Once 3 hours. We walked out and went to the emergency walk in clinic because my daughter was sick. I have just had it with everyone in that office. I officially called and switched pediatricians this morning. Terrible, terrible.

Stay away. I only chose this doctor because they accept my insurance and my boyfriend went to him when he was a kid. All the reviews are true, the wait is ridiculous. After waiting for 2 hours or more, the doctor only spends about 5 minutes with the patient. From what I understand, they open at 10 and take a 2 hour lunch. Why is that necessary?! My last complaint is that the last two times Ive gone, theyve charged me and my insurance. I didnt get a receipt the last time they charged my credit card. We are going to switch doctors soon, enough is enough

Waited over two hours to see the doctor who didnt seem apologetic, the front desk people were incompetent and we had repeated miscommunication with our appointments. It didnt take us long to switch doctors. They were also keeping an old woman with possible Alzheimers as their nurse practitioner because they didnt know how to kindly let her go. I understand, but not when it comes to my childs health. My baby had lost over a pound her first week and was in a dangerous zone and the nurse kept telling us all was well. This place was awful.

Accepted my grandson when we needed a dr. He accepts Community First Medicaid. But doesnt see you in a timely manner. Have waited almost two hours for him to even come in. And when your child is sick that is just way too long.
