Please beware this "dentist." The woman in the pictures, Dr. Aljonaidy, is no longer there. The practicioner was Dr. Dhiren Agrawal (google him). I had a very creepy and troubling experience here, when I purchased a $35 Groupon for an exam, cleaning and x-rays with Dr. Huda Aljonaidy. After the x-rays I was taken to a cleaning chair and immediately given a dental exam with someone named Dr. Dhiren Agrawal who did not introduce himself to me by name or explain why Dr. Aljonaidy was not there. Ive also never experienced an exam BEFORE a cleaning, but the hygienist was friendly, so I didnt question it, thinking maybe this was a new thing dentists were doing. I was then told by Dr. Dhiren Agrawal that I needed to reschedule my cleaning for a few days later without explanation or an apology. He then walked away quickly leaving me sitting in the chair for at least 10 minutes before I made my way back out to the receptionists desk to find out what was going on. When I arrived at the desk, the receptionist spent the next 5 minutes printing a bill for nearly $400 because I needed a "special" deep pocket cleaning procedure. They then pressured me to sign a contract agreeing to the exorbitantly expensive procedure (I literally have never had a cavity or other dental problems other than having my wisdom teeth removed). Sensing something was clearly wrong, I declined the procedure and requested a partial refund for the Groupon. At this point, the office manager led me into a small corner office under the pretense of offering a discount. Keep in mind I am of course concerned that Ive had some sudden serious problems with my teeth. Dr. Agrawal was in the office and immediately left without exchanging words or eye contact. The office manager then threatened me saying that she could make me pay full cost for x-rays and the dental exam because I didnt read the fine-print of the Groupon, so Id better just pay for the Groupon AND the additional procedure and not report it to anyone. (This was not in the fine print, as Groupon has a satisfaction guarantee). I said "no, thank you," and headed back out to the car. After a few moments, I went back to get Dr. Aljonaidys contact information and was told by the staff that she is no longer involved with Ormond Family Dentistry. At this point I looked at the posted dental operating license in the waiting room and noticed it had expired February 28, 2016 and still had Dr. Huda Aljonaidys name on it. (I took a picture of this and can provide it upon request). I definitely DO NOT recommend buying the Groupon or going here as they were deliberately dishonest and manipulative. Google Dr. Dhiren Agrawal and read his reviews, youll see what I am talking about. Good luck!

Exam and treatment plan: This office hires only newly graduated dentists. The assigned dentist does not have sufficient experience. Dr. Dhiren Agrawal does not know the proper timing of mouth numbing, thus his injection hurts so bad. He prescribes a vague and inaccurate treatment plan, which contains many unnecessary procedures, only to collect as much profits as possible for the dental office. Financing: Finance and billing is performed by Senita, the office manager, who creates a list of procedures extremely longer than what was prescribed by the dentist. This results in an over-priced bill that contains many unnecessary procedures and fraud codes do not exist. Senita also is practicing medicine without license. She issues prescriptions without prior permission from the inexperienced doctor. Scheduling: This office cannot keep the scheduled appointment. The scheduled appointment is magically changing every day. I used to receive more than phone call in a daily basis asking me to confirm a new schedule. Conclusion: This is the worst dental service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Highest recommendation to everyone at Ormond Family Dental! As we come to the close of 2016, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this year. How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with the staff at Ormond Family Dental as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. The dental doctor that treated me inspires the utmost confidence by his smile which is so wide that it seems apt to describe it as extending "from sea to shining sea" and by his wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to the doctor and everyone at Ormond Family Dental!

They charged my care credit card 4000.00 before I even had any services done through them. I also wanted to get a second opinion and told them to hold off until they heard back from me. Went to get my second opinion they sent the xrays from over a year ago, Mind you that Ive been Through chemo and radiation wich has caused damaged. So the new Dentist couldnt even go by the xrays that they sent to him. I turned them in to Care Credit and they had the nerve to call me and ask why I would turn them in. I told them I didnt have any work done and your going to charge my credit card before services were even rendered. Plus after going through all Ive been through the dentist wanted to pull all my teeth at once. I Think not. Watch your bills from them.

Great place! Highly recommend. Not everyone likes going to the dentist, but this is a great place even if you are faint of heart. Friendly staff, open office plan so you dont feel stuck in a corner somewhere, nice, upbeat music playing in the background, state-of-the-art equipment so that you get the best in technology for the field of dentistry. And the dentist has a great smile! (Something you should look for in someone who practices dentistry... Good teeth & a smile!) Was very impressed.

Dr. Ajonaidy is one of a kind. She takes the time to explain everything to you and treats you like you really matter. She took her time and made sure my bridge, crown, and veneer fit perfectly. Her attention to detail and meticulous work is a step above any dentist I have ever been to. And her staff is amazing as well. Everyone took a personal interest in my results and was just as excited as I was to see the final results. I will never see another dentist!!!

This office is extremely unorganized. I had an 8am appointment and no staff even showed up until 8:15am and still couldnt get into the office. The dentist didnt even show up until 8:20am-8:25am to unlock the doors. I then sat for 10-15 more minutes in the waiting room and no one even acknowledged that I had an appointment. Not impressed at all. The only person that was helpful the few times Ive been there is Jen in the front office.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ajonaidy, her staff and the facilities. I was seen quickly and the staff is kind, thoughtful and very professional. They contacted my insurer and had a thorough knowledge of coverage. The office was sparkling clean and the equipment state-of-the-art. Dr. Ajonaidy explained the procedures, was very gentle and exceptionally considerate. I am so relieved to have found such a wonderful Dentist!

From Christina to Dr. Milanes I had the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE HERE. I never liked dentist and always felt ashamed of any work that needed to be done but this dentist and his staff are truly amazing! They made me feel comfortable, assured me that everything would get worked out and put my mind at ease of the work that needed to be done on my teeth! Thank you ormond family dental!
