I have been going to American Dental for many years and as soon as they became great expressions they went from a medical office to a business where all they care about is selling you unnecessary procedure and products. Outright refused to treat me unless I agreed to their plan. I have great insurance and dont feel that it needs to be drained every office visit, but obviously they are now in it to do just that. They lost a loyal client.

I have been a patient here for years and will not go anywhere else! I love the staff and Dr Jones! Very friendly and helpful. Always make sure I understand everything and explain upfront what my insurance covers and how much out of pocket $ it will cost me. I always request Deb for my cleanings, she is awesome!

good experience. debbie awesome hygentist. toni very personable and genuine (not like huntington bank that is forced & fake). dental assistant could have had her hair pulled back and not chewing gum. dr. jones is always professional and caring. missed michele being there.

Ive been going to this dentist for over 5 years. Great customer service. Always get out of here in an hour or less. The dentists and the hygienists and all the staff are super nice and accommodating. Makes going to the dentist not so bad :)

Im not a huge fan of dentists, in fact, Im deathly terrified of them, but the staff here in Mentor make you feel totally comfortable. They explain everything well and answer any questions you have. Love the people here !!
