In addition to my full time aerospace job, I own a small bookstore and I have a busy family life. I dont have time to take care of myself! But Erieside staff is always helpful and flexible about scheduling to meet my time constraints, and they always take me in on time, so I actually make and meet my dental appointments with minimal time away from work. Also, the staff is friendly and competent, and they take very good care to minimize discomfort and pain, so that I actually enjoy visiting the dentist! I wont go anywhere else. They have taken such good care of me.

Compasionate team, gentle and caring! Best dentist I have ever been to in my 46 years! Aint goin nowhere else! I highly recomend Dr. Thomas and team! Youll be amazed! Your kids will be too! These folks really love what they do and it shows! State of the art equipment, expert know how, not just knowledge but seasoned experience (wisdom), gentle and relaxing. Heck; half the time I could just about fall asleep while hes workin on me. Dr. Thomas is truly amazing! Do yourself a favor; give him a try.....Ill be willing to bet you wont go anywhere else thereafter!

My 5 yr old loves going to the dentist! Mostly because they have a train table in the waiting room to keep her occupied, but also because they are nice and let her have a couple of toys from the treasure box when shes done! Even when its been 5 months since her last visit, she remembers what they said to her about keeping her teeth healthy. We always see the same technician and doctor, and that means they get to know us and our dental histories well. No matter how far away we move, I will always keep Erieview as my dentist!

If you are looking for a dental practice, do not hesitate. Call Erieview Dental for an appointment. You will not be disappointed and you will refer your friends and family every chance you get. I have been a patient for over 20 years and would never think of going anywhere else. Drs. Thomas and Greenfield are great, but they have also assembled a top notch staff and facility. From their dental assistants to reception and even billing, the total Erieview Dental experience makes getting excellent dental care a pleasure.

I would recommend Dr. Greenfield and the entire Erieview staff for your dental needs. The staff is caring, efficient, and always pleasant to deal with. Most importantly, Dr. Greenfield, the dental assistants, and hygienists are expert at their work. They have always done perfect work on my teeth. Dr. Thomas has my utmost confidence in his honesty, advice and treatment, and is genuinely concerned with the comfort and satisfaction of his patients. My dentist is so patient, answering all my questions and taking the time for patient education. Dr. Greenfield is an expert and I am always so secure in and confident in his care. I have been going to Dr. Greenfield and Peggy for cleaning and for probably 20 years! The office is clean and the staff is friendly. My 9 year old daughter has been going there since she was 3 and they have always been very gentle and patient with both of us. We moved to Mayfield Heights and we still make the drive to Erieview Dental, I would not want to go anywhere else!!

I chipped a tooth just days before I needed to travel out of town for a family funeral. I got an appointment the very day I called-in requesting the help. By 5:15 PM that same day, the chipped tooth was nicely repaired. I am very pleased with Erieview Dental. They are caring and responsive.
