Overall, my experience with this dentist office has been terrible. beginning with one of the receptionists who was very rude to me on the phone speaking sarcastically to me because I did not have a hard copy of my insurance card. I cancelled my appointment later and spoke to another receptionist who apologized and said they arent usually like that, I agreed to make a new appointmnet. I arrived 25 minutes early after having to take time off of work and waited for over 45 minutes before anyone saw me. I was brought back and then waited another 20 minutes in my chair. Finally the hygienist took some x-rays and brought the doctor in who I saw maybe a total of 5 minutes which he focused on prodding one bit of gum with a metal pick and giving a perfunctory glance over the rest of my teeth. They then told me I could check out at the front desk... The only reason I made my appointment was to get my teeth cleaned! I said this and they responded that they cant do that on the first visit and that I hadnt made a cleaning appointment. and then they said they couldnt do a cleaning for me because they didnt have time. They just want to make lots of money from insurance companies by doing extra procedures and I will never go back there. This was byfar my worst dentist experience, be warned.

Tooth pain....On vacation... and no one I know in the area to refer me to a dentist. Not a good scenario. But after checking with my insurance carrier and Find a Dentist online, I couldnt be happier. Dr. Marcia Nemecek and her staff are wonderful to work with. Her office is up to date and totally computerized. Her care is professional and precise. Her staff is well trained, well versed in their specialty, kind and caring. Dr. Marcia was very thorough in her evaluation of my problem and explained everything as she went along. She was very kind in her approach. I was also very impressed with her secretary. She did all the leg work with the insurance company for me and was very empathetic in her attempt to get me in for an appointment as a new patient. I highly recommend All About Smiles in St. Augustine, Florida with Dr. Marcia Nemecek.

Ive recently moved to the area and need to find a good dentist. I asked a co-woker and he recommended All About Smiles. So i went in for a visit, and as always I was a little apprehensive due to extremely bad experiences in the past, but I also kept an open mind and Im glad I did. The staff was amazing. All of the staff that I have come into contact with have eased my fears and assured me that Dr. Nathan Nemecek was a great dentist. He listened to my concerns and when it was time to do get work done, he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. He did a wonderful job and was thorough with instructions and answered any questions i had. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone who needs dental work and now look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you to all the staff for being a wonderful group of people

All About Smiles was a very professional, very accommodating, and very caring office. I was traveling from out of state. The first phone call the office staff was amazing. By time I got to the office they were well versed in my insurance information. Everyone was friendly and the office was impeccably clean. The dr nemecek was caring but matter of fact. He walked me through what I should expect when I get treated back in NY. After A few days I had to follow up due to pain. the office staff was helpful in treatment and a response back. I would highly recommend this office to any one in the St. Augustine area.

This is my primary dentist and yes, I dont live in St Augustine. We visit there several times a year and I have my dental work done while in town, specifically to see these guys. Work is done well, done quickly and they are much, much affordable than the dentist I have used here. I have to say, finding a good dentist has been a bit of a challenge for me (I have had extensive work done with implants over the years) but I have no doubts that they will do what needs to be done, without trying to "upsell" me at every appointment. Highly recommended!

I live in Jackainville,FL but I dont mind driving 45 min for my dentist appointment because they have great customer service, they are all very caring and sweet and Dr. Nathan and the team know what they are doing so I feel comfortable knowing that they are taking care of me. I tried a local dentist a few years ago that its 5min from my house but the experience was horrible so I made the decision to make All About Smiles in St. Augustine my dentistry, in fact my family decided to go there too because they are that good.

I have never been one to enjoy going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that the dentists at All About Smiles have always made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have had several major procedures performed both by Dr. Marcia Nemecek and Dr. Nathan Nemecek and they have always made me feel at ease and I have never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. The staff are the nicest I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY recommend these fine dentists.

I have been a patient of All About Smiles for a few years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. The entire staff of dentists and support personnel, absolutely everyone, treats you like one of the family. You not only receive the best, most up to date dental care, but they also make you feel like you are the best patient they have. I have gone to many different dental offices and specialists over the years, but none can hold a candle to these folks. I would not consider going anywhere else. They are the best!

Wonderful physician and staff!! I was recommended by my coworker and had an amazing experience. Now my whole office goes there! The past few months I had several things done. I had a root canal, and let me tell you I am a big baby when it comes to dental work; it was the best experience Ive ever had. Dr Nathan and his assistant did an amazing job. I would recommend everyone that I know to come here. Dr Nathan and his wonderful staff took the fear away of seeing and keeping up with a dentist! Thank you guys!!

While on vacation my crown came off my implant. Called several local dentists and no one could get me in asap. Called All About Smiles and they told me to come on in. Front desk was so very nice. She contacted my insurance to get everything approved. Dr. Nathan could not have been more professional and nice. His assistant was also helpful and pleasant. Overall just a great experience. I would highly recommend this office and if I lived here they would be my dentist!

The All about Smiles office staff and Dr. gave me big smiles after a terrible experience with a different dentist office this past week. The office staff was both very compassionate and sensitive to all of my needs and they understood my financial circumstances. Having no dental insurance and limited means they understood what priorities I needed first and foremost. Im a very happy patient and will recommend this wonderful dental office 100%
