I will not recommend this dentist at all, I had the evaluation exam, he spent less than 2 min and charged me for a comprehensive exam, although he didnt take the time to explain my current teeth health condition and the process that I have to go through.There is a lack of educating his patients to help them prevent dental diseases. A good dentist is someone who cares about your teeth health and tells you whats wrong to take care of it sooner than later to avoid any teeth disease. The staff is horrible with no professionalism or knowledge in addition to communication issues( the receptionist speaks very broken English which makes it hard to understand). I would not recommend anyone to see this dentist.

..... so my insurance makes me select a dentist. this one "seemed Convenient" on paper as the address is right around the corner from my home. so i seleted the dentist and have tried to make an appointement for a week now the phone seems like its busy the entire time the office is supposed to be open, then conveniently enough the phone rings when i try to call after hours.. finally when i got a hold of them, the receptionist was extremely rude. was quick to give attitutude and was useless..... needless to say i was put on hold for 10 min, and never was able to make my appointment. apparently they have enough business. ill try another dentist with my insurance next month.

Dont ever have a busy morning and then show up late to your appointment. Their clock is 5 minutes ahead and if youre 15 minutes late according to their clock, they make you reschedule and refuse to see you! Thats right, they reject your money. How ridiculous can you be to reject money from somebody? Horrible location, decent care, incompetent receptionist, very high prices. Its no wonder Dr. Arias left this place. Stay away.

Dr. Romy is very caring and considerate, and so is the staff. They call and remind me when I need cleanings and always have convenient appointment times. They give you the best price they can and I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for my appointments. Dr. Romy and his team make going to the dentist a pleasure, I love my dentist! (never thought I would say that about any dentist ever).

Dr. Jaraplasan is a wonderful dentist. Hes young, friendly, and very gentle and understanding. The receptionist doesnt speak English very well, but I have always had wonderful service.
