Beware of the fraud here! I was one of the victims of their deep cleaning scam that you will read about in the other reviews. I paid for a cleaning and they refused to clean my teeth because they said I needed a deep cleaning which they quoted over $1000!! I said if you are not going to clean my teeth, then I would like my money back, and they refused to give me a refund. The worst scam was telling my 15 year old daughter that she needed invisalign to get her ready for her implants and straighten out a crooked tooth and correct a huge overbite. So she wears their invisalign for two years and since they split town and did not tell anyone they moved, we had to go to a new orthodontist. I went to three established professional orthodontists in Oviedo and each one said she needed two years of braces, and that he should have known better to put invisalign on her teeth. Two years of invisalign did not help AT ALL her huge overbite, which traditional braces will fix, and she still has a very crooked tooth the invisalign did not fix, only traditional braces will fix and she cannot move forward with her implants until braces fixes a crooked root that is in the way of where the implant will go, only traditional braces will fix. So now she is getting braces put on at Lawton Orthodontics whom came highly recommended. Since I had paid the bill by Care Credit, I called them and explained what they did, and they refunded the entire amount in full to put towards her braces she is getting on. Dr Magee knows his Care Credit company that he works with refunded our money, but he is a scumbag and is trying to get the money back from us by reporting me to a bill collector, so I have been getting letters from bill collectors who I will call tomorrow to resolve with them. He is very unethical, unprofessional and basically a huge scum bag. He opened up under a new name, Clifford Dental, I am assuming because he has such a bad reputation now under his Magee Dental practice. I think that is pretty sad that you cannot use your own name for your practice because you have earned such a terrible reputation from your clients that you have to create a new name that isnt even your own!! Unbelievable!

If I could do even less than a one star, I definitely would. From my first appointment here, I always loved the staff, but found the dentist himself to be extremely sketchy and untimely. Id come in for my appointment at say... 3:00, hed come into my pod of the back office 30 minutes late, inject me with a TON of numbing liquid (one time he stabbed the needle directly into a nerve, and just kept telling me to hold on, even though I was literally crying in so much pain), and then hed leave me and go back to other patients. By the time he got back, 4:15, all of the numbness had gone away, and I had to get injected once more. Then he got mad at me, because Id booked the last appointment of the day with a bunch of fillings, and unprofessionally announced, "I want to go home!" I could still handle this place, because the other staff members were nice, and it was affordable for my mom. But the other day, I learned that this place had just packed up, and left. This didnt effect me, but my mom who had wanted to fix her teeth for so long, and finally saved up enough to get invisalign through this company. She went in for her scheduled appointment, this place was gone. They didnt give her any notice, gave her no way to get her records for another dentist to continue her invisalign, and no way to contact them for the money shed paid for the FULL treatment that was now cut short. Awful awful company, and I hope this scam of a dentist gets his license removed.

If there was any way to give 0 stars, I would undoubtedly. I went for a cleaning and they tried convincing me I needed braces, which was the first annoyance, and they also told me I needed my wisdom teeth out so I made an appointment for that. When I came on the day of, they told me their Nitrous machine (which I told them I wanted for the procedure "was down" and that they would just do the procedure with the Novocain shots. When I said no, Dr Magee wrote a prescription for Valium which my mother went to go get while I waited for 45 mins with the Novocain shots already in. When I got the Valium (which made nothing better) Dr Magee did not give me anymore Novocain and began the procedure even when I told him I had regained some feeling in my mouth back. I could feel the entire thing and he did not care, I was crying and telling him to stop but he just laughed it off saying it was "pressure" I was feeling. I told him to stop after the two teeth he had already done and he laughed and continued. Because of this I never want to go to a dentist again and am terrified of anything coming near my mouth. So thank you Dr Magee, for your great service. I hope this review strays anyone from ever entering your office. Update: they replied saying i wasnt even a patient there but I have multiple emails asking to confirm appointments with them (which I posted) LOVE MAGEE DENTAL SO GREAT

Magee Dental just wants your money! I walked in there and they automatically made me sign up for Care Credit. I went in for a simple cleaning of $39.99 and I walked out almost paying $5,200! Dr. Magee does not inform you of anything that he is doing to your mouth, when he is examining your mouth or filling cavities he just does it and does not say anything about what he is doing! He could be pulling teeth out I wouldnt have even known. I went in there expecting to just have a cleaning and I was just about to leave and they told me that I had 10 cavities last minute. My teeth are perfect; Ive never had any problems! I am a very gullible person so I said go ahead, they were able to do all my 10 cavities that day...I have TMJ! I said I could not do all 10 at once but they did not listen to me. I was more than unhappy with their service, I DO NOT recommend this dentist at all to anyone. They burnt my tongue to the point where I cannot even talk. They gave me 15 shots of Novocaine and I have a slight heart murmur and severe anxiety. Then they tried to make me get Invisiline. To rack up my bill even more & they signed me up for their insurance plan that I never agreed too. Please do not go to this place. Stay away!

I just got out of their office where I waited patiently 1 hr in the lobby as they were late, then 1 hr more to get xrayed, and 1 hr more hour to get poked around to test my gums, for them to tell me in a long list that because one quadrant of my mouth is slightly mild gum diseased that I would need to get a higher cleaning therefore could not get the expected regular GROUPON cleaning. So that THEY GAVE ME A BILL OF $388 when I was about to walk out the door anyways because I was about to pass out of hunger and starving and needed to go eat and reschedule, what I thought would be a FREE GROUPON CLEANING! WHICH THEY REFUSED! So I got out of there without my cleaning. Knowing Groupon theyll adjust it, but just dont go there, its a ripoff! I am a fanatic flosser and brush my teeth all the time and dont eat sweets! I just ate hot soup before I went to see them but it had broth and vegetables with fish at 11 am but thats not bad. Gums heal instantly. So they are full of it! Nothing is wrong with my teeth! I never have problems with my teeth! I have them checked regularly.
