While the doctor was friendly and approachable, while being very respectful and understanding - most, if not all (there was one blonde-haired glasses wearing technician that was very kind and helpful as well), of the rest of the staff were either incompetent, rude, or otherwise unhelpful. After receiving a quote with specific costs after my insurance, the day of the procedure Greenberg Dentals desk staff decided to provide a revised charge with almost $100 extra out of pocket - citing software issues at the Williamsburg location as the source of the incorrect quote. During the surgical procedure that my fiancee underwent, a man was watching Django Unchained at full volume in the lobby and I made this clear to 3 different staff members (including the office manager), all to no avail. The first two simply referred me to the office manager saying they couldnt do anything about it and then the office manager just said "Huh." - if youre familiar with the movie, he was watching the scene in which Jamie Foxx character meets Leonardo DiCaprios character which is filled with expletives and entirely inappropriate with several children in the lobby area. During my fiancees surgical procedure, they did not allow me in or near the room in which they conducted the procedure - although they used anesthesia to put her under for the duration - and when the procedure was finished they told me to pull around the building to the back door, which has no indication of the business name upon it and was closed when I pulled around. My fiancee was very distressed from the procedure and the gentleman ignored her while wheeling her to the car and telling her to step into the vehicle. He wasnt necessarily rude, but was not overtly helpful either. He handed me some prescription paperwork and left on his way. Not a fun day for either myself or my fiancee. Combine this with a location that is incredibly shady and homeless people wandering out the front doors and I would never recommend a visit to this office unless it was your option of last resort.

I had the worst experience ever, I scheduled an appointment with Greenberg dental in Casselberry Fl. It was my first time going to this office. As I walked into the office the clerk did not even say good morning and the first thing she said very rude and using bad face expression was; "I called you for insurance verification and you did not call back, now you going to have to wait at least an hour" I was very kind to her and ask her if she could reschedule but she continued with the non-verbal rude expression. We decide to wait until we heard another patient asking a question about how much longer he needed to wait and the other clerk answered back extremely rude as well and very disrespectful. We decided to leave. There is no reason why people have to be so mean, I did not get to know the doctors but the front office clerk and manager were extremely rude. Read yelp reviews as well, many people had experienced the same at this location

They tell you to come 10 minutes earlier and you end up waiting for 30 minutes, and thats just to get in a chair! Then you may spend another 30 minutes before the dentist will actually see you. So its an hour of waiting, very nice. The staff does not seem to be really interested in you, they act robotic and indifferent (which I can understand based on their salary, work environment etc. but with so much competition around dont bother and find someone else). Had a very bad experience.

I didnt realize when I signed an ortho contract that the orthodontist would only be in for one to two days a week, and that I would have to wait at least a month after making an appointment. The people here are great, if you can get in to see them, and they are sympathetic to a wimp like me whos afraid of the dentist, but they pack their schedule so full that even when you finally do get in to see them you could be waiting over an hour.

The orthodontist is just amazing and wonderful and worth the visit which is why Im only giving stars the him, however the staff makes the office horrible. Im non-spanish speaking and to have the staff working on your mouth talking about you in a language you cant understand is unacceptable. 50 out of 10,000 words are in English. Training to staff is needed bad!!!! To accommodate their patients and make them feel comfortable.

Had a Root Canal and Crown - They were thorough and did a good job and worked with me on the finances. Kind of baffled by the other reviews with things like "I had to wait" . Have you ever been to a Doctor before? Thats kind of how it works. People get mad if the Doctor wont "squeeze you in" and then they get mad if they have to wait when they get there. This office runs fine - Dont pay attention to the other reviews.

Worst customer service ever. Bad attitude when you make a question after looking for someone to answer a simple question. They make you feel that your teeth are the ugliest and unhealthiest of the world just to get more money from you. I will never come back there. Now Im going to another dental clinic and there is a huge difference. They have real customer service.

The Front Desk staff are the worst. Really bad service. Too bad because the clinical staff are really good. Try to get an appointment by phone, you will end up on hold for hours several times a day; so at the end you will need to stop by to get the appointment

So far we have had good service at this office. Our children are getting orthodontic work with Dr. Burger. Both he and his staff have been great. I will review again when we are done!

Say its covered on insurance plan then charge you $80 saying the deep cleaning was not when they never stated that before after spending about 3 min on my mouth

I had a chipped tooth and they scheduled me immediately. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My tooth was fixed and my wallet didnt hurt either. Thanks!
