Gets insurance information incorrect, submit claims with incorrect Diagnosis. Making an appt is of no use, they are always late. Walt is nice and good, but late, need more staff in the early morning for those of us that stop on the way to work. Agnes is awesome, wish she worked there more often. She was and has always been on time. But due to insurance, dont have much choice.
