One of the staff members was very rude and condescending over an honest mistake. Looking at the previous comments, I can see theres a trend. If shes so miserable at her job, why not find something that makes her happier? This is the third Quest location Ive been to and the second with rude staff (Manassas was also rude, and Richmond was pleasant). I guess its hit or miss with Quest. I came in for bloodwork at the Gainesville location on a Saturday and there was no one at the front desk. The sign on the window says, "Come In, Were Open," so I assumed on weekends they cut the staff and patients are supposed to go to the back counter for service. So I walk in, looking around for someone who can help me. As soon as one of the staff spots me, she asks if I have any questions. I stated the reason for my visit and she started yelling at me that I wasnt supposed to be back there. I was apologetic and tried to explain the confusion but she just kept yelling at me. Then, as the other staff member on duty, an middle aged Latina woman who was relatively polite, walks me back to the front, the first one yells to her that shed better hide her purse because I just walked back on my own. When I got called back an hour later by the nicer one, she was friendly. The other, a thin black woman, continued to be rude about me and other customers. Im glad it was the nicer one doing my bloodwork. I was afraid I would have got the rude one and she would be aggressive with sticking the needle in.

Waited 50 minutes, was (quite politely) told by the nurse that nurse was "working with a new and inexperienced" trainee and she couldnt say how much longer it would be for a blood sample to be drawn. There were at least 8 other people behind me and one in front waiting. She had just called a person with "an appointment". I would say do not use this facility if you can avoid doing so. My previous experience in a Fairfax location was always :in-and-out in ten minutes! Wow!

I visited the Gainesville, VA location on 4/6/2016. I was informed that my estimated balance due for the visit was $26.00. I looked at my credit card statement on 4/7/2016 and noticed they took out $106.48. The receipt I received from the payment on 4/6 shows a payment of $26.00. I called the corp num and they said the 106.48 was from a previous balance. That was amount was not explained to me nor did I authorize them to take that amount.

I called the office in Gainesville to make an appointment and the rude lady on the phone told me that I had to call some 800 number to make an appointment. So, I did and showed up at the appointed time and had to wait 45 minutes. When I asked why I was told to make an appointment she said "Well we accept walk-ins and its first come, first served." So why did I bother? I dont know but they are incredibly rude.

In my opinion, based on multiple visits, I have to say this place offers one of the absolute worst service you could imagine. I mean flat out terrible. The only reason I reluctantly go is because they are close and I dont want to go into Manassas from where Im at. But believe me, if there was anything nearby I would never go here again. They are that bad.

I showed up at 8:02 a.m. without an appointment and signed in. I was there for a routine blood test. I was in the parking lot starting my car at 8:33 a.m. only 31 minutes later. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the look of the facility. I experienced none of the problems I see in other reviews.

I am due for another 9 mo. organ panel and will not be going back to this location. The last two times Ive been there, it was very painful (square needles? or just the way the technician entered the needle). At any rate, will try the Manassas location this time even with longer distance & traffic.

Went as a walk-in without an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Not a bad wait at all, but the staff is pretty short with you and their faces look sad. I think they could take a lesson in customer service. Cheer up!! Youre helping people stay healthy!

We were very nervous bringing in our toddler for blood work but it was a great experience. We were seen immediately and Lila did an amazing job. She made our son feel comfortable and he barely cried during the blood draw. We would definitely go back.

Horribly rude. Painful experience. Quest doesnt seem to care as there has been no improvement despite notes being sent to them. Maybe the health board needs to come in and examine unannounced.

Dont understand all the low ratings with this location. Went in Saturday morning as a walk in, got seen within 5 minutes and the dry humor of the technician was refreshing.

Signed in ( 2 names ahead of me) sat for an hour without anyone talking to me. Finally gave up and left. Not the kind of customer service I was used to in Denver Colorado!
