My wife and I, ages 88 and 82, have been going to Dr. Fiore for 17 years, even before he went to the Multi Specialty Group, at the Wilderness, where he left and went to Culpeper because by contract he couldnt practice in this area for one year. We followed him there, where on one occasion his nurse was telling us how great a doctor she thought he was, had even saved her life. He also saved mine, getting me to the hospital immediately with sepsis, where I watched my blood pressure go as low as 55/25. They later told me if I had been an hour later I would not have survived because my system was shutting down. Everything looked like it was covered with ice; nothing had any color.Dr. Fiore has a full workload; many of his patients have been seeing him for years. Although he is overworked he has always taken whatever time you need and never seems to be in a hurry. My only complaint would be with the sometimes long wait, but that is to be expected. If you want the best you have to put up with the incovenience. I must add..the staff has always been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. By this time you may be thinking that I think Dr. Fiore is great. And you would be right. The only reason I would give him 5 stars is because I can:t give him six, or even seven.

Doctor was dismissive of health concerns. It was a waiste of time, hope, and money. Also, attemped to write current health issues off as depression which is not the case. Very unprofessionally handled.
