If there were a rating for zero stars, thats what I wouldve chosen. When you are scheduled to see a specific dr. That is who you expect to see, not an intern, another dr. or assistant ect. I understand being busy and having other patients. If thats the case then the secretary shouldnt schedule appointments for that particular dr. And should be upfront about the possibility of you seeing another. I was referred to dr.ali moshirfar by a WONDERFUL EMERGENCY ROOM DR. From Ashburn emergency health complex. (By far the best emergency room staff my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by.) The dr. In which I seen at dr. Moshirfars office was not ONLY unknowledgable about why I was there, nor of the testing the er had done, but has a lack of knowledge between the differences of certain medications and there effects. As I tried talking to (explaining to) this dr. I was interrupted numerous times. The dr. Made it seem as though they had no time to hear what I had to say and it was causing things (the consultation) to become very confusing. I immediately felt ashamed while i was talking with the dr. When I left that office and made it to my car the ashamed feeling I had became overwhelming, making me regret even going. I cried the whole way home. I would like to say also ATT: TO OTHER PATIENTS WHO GO TO THE DR. HERE. That particular dr. And the secretary talk about their patients. They laugh at them also as though theyre ignorant. I could hear it from inside my room. Note to staff at dr. Moshirfars...... maybe if youre going to treat your patients as though theyre ignorant and laugh about them, you should try doing it more discretely. It amazes me, it seems some people (NOT ALL) in their professions (NOT JUST DRS.) forget that we (THE PEOPLE) are the reason they have jobs, WE are the reason they get their paychecks every week. Yes they went to school; but NO PATIENTS!!!!! NO INCOME!!!! That is why people come to your facility. To tell YOU whats wrong with them.. but how can one do that if you dont care to listen or act as though theyre only there for medications. Some people just really want to know whats wrong with them. Why choose a profession if you DO NOT truly care about what it is you chose to do? Because the money is good???? My husband makes the same amount, if not more money as Drs do. We are blessed in that way, THE LORD GOD blessed my husband with many gifts and talents, and one of those many gifts/talents was the ability to work hard everyday and to excel in his profession. Also, He enjoys what he does and takes great pride in what he does. GIVING YOU DOCTORS and everyone else the gift of being able to use and have electricity. Without HIM and THOSE who are in that same profession, you wouldnt be able to use the technology you have been blessed with today. I was given instructions to go back to imaging for more x-rays. That I will do, but I will be asking my primary care physician for a referral to ANOTHER spine dr. To follow up with.

Its all about making money in that office and prescribing expensive medications and other supplies. The customer service is very poor, you can feel a bad vibe coming from the check out desk. After 3 months of dealing with them, an X-ray and an expensive MRI and a 2 months worth of physiotherapy Im still in pain and feel like I received "0" care, no solution for me. The doctor or the nurse will give you maybe 5 minutes of his/her time, thats it!!! They are totally out of touch in that office. Each visit I had with the doctor he told me that "sitting is the new smoking" Im never going back there again, what a joke! shame on your people calling yourself professionals!!!

Not what is expected, I went their for a lower back injury, I called once for an emergency situation where I had to go out of town and I needed a refill and they called back saying that I need an appointment and that its the doctors instruction and its my problem to call in a weekend and not theirs!!!! I was shocked from the answer and I just thank her for her customer service and left without any medication for 15 days!!!. So, after 3 months of visits and appointments he told me he has no reason or treatment for my pain!!!! Seriously!!!? Now I feel like my pain came from the nowhere .... Very upset.
