I LOVE the doctor - from our visits there to the surgery he is great and I would recommend him personally in a heart beat. The staff is a different issue. They didnt tell me that we would need bloodwork until the week before, and then didnt tell us that we would need an order for that from them. I found out and called the secretary and she assured me that it would be ready for us to pick up hours later at 3:20 since the labcorp appointment was at 3:30. It wasnt ready and she was rude about it. After surgery we showed up for our follow up visit. After the visit the secretary told us we had to call back on Monday to schedule our next appointment. Why couldnt she let us schedule then? I called on Monday and she told me she didnt have the information and to call back in a few days. Why wouldnt SHE call ME at this point? I called back a week later and she said she still didnt have the information. Its been 2 weeks, Ive heard nothing but Im not sure when my son should take his boot off, start walking, etc. I called again and was told to come in on Monday at 3:30. The only option. Why would his staff not follow up with patients to schedule appointments? Especially when the patient has called several times attempting to do so and they never "have the information"? Why would they know that we are rushing to a lab appointment and claim the paper would be ready for us - only to wait until we arrive to get it? Again - I like the doctor. I think he did great work on my sons foot... but when you have a staff like this its hard to get past those issues.

Love this entire practice. Every Soul that works there is completely kind, very professional, willing to listen to anything that you have to ask and very good about explaining what your issue might be. Terry R, the reason the wait is so long is because they are that damn good!! You can go to another doctor where you are seen quickly but trust me I went to four doctors before seeing Dr. Bennetts Office and not one of the other doctors in the other four practices help with my issue or even knew what the hell was going on with my foot for 5 years I was in pain. One visit with Dr. Pathan she knew exactly what was wrong with me they set me up for surgery very quickly and got the issue resolved. Since then new issues have risen and I am having my second surgery with them on June 3rd. I have complete 100% confidence in them that they will fix anything thats going on in my foot. Out of all of the reviews they have gotten a 5 you are the only one that gave them a one-star. You are probably a snotty ass person that feels like someone owes you something and that when you walk in you should be taken care of right away. That environment there is completely comfortable with absolutely no stress when you visit. So take your snooty ass on to one of the other doctors that I promise will not diagnose you correctly. I know Ill be going there again for the next month or so and we dont need your negative energy and our environment. Love love love Dr Bennett and Dr. Pathan. They will forever take care of all of my feet issues

I had a horrible experience here. The staff here not that friendly , it doesnt smell good either , building looks run down . Anyway I go in my first time here to get a bunion remove I deal w/asifa pathan she tells me take vitamin D for 8 weeks I go get blood test my #s are still low she goes to vacation and I was then turned to Bennett he tells me same thing keep taking the D getting a referral from this doc was a nightmare . Its to much to type but I went to go get a second opinion in fairfax, they take x-ray and says my bones are fine! I dont need to put on vitamin D and I can do surgery so Im now laying in my bed w/ my foot surgery . So the manassas foot clinic wasted my time !! I could have been done w/ this surgery I dont know what kind quak this doc Ricardo BENNETT is .

The last three times I have taken my grandfather to this place, they have made us wait for more than an hour each time, even when we are there first thing in the morning before our appointment time. This is simply unprofessional, unacceptable behavior for a medical office. In each case, we had to throw in the towel after an hour and a half in the waiting room due to other obligations. Why bother making appointments a medical staff cannot keep? This is a complete waste of time. Figure out your patient inflow--it is simple math. The current wait time is excruciating. He is in extreme pain and it is a gargantuan effort to get him to his appointments.

This review doesnt speak to the doctors skills; it has the worst wait times Ive ever encountered. Today was a 50 minute wait to be seen; over the last several months, its been as much as an hour for a scheduled appt.- average wait time overall is probably 1/2 hour. I dont care how good a doctor is, this is ridiculous!

Manassas Foot Clinic has help heal a wound on my 82 year old mothers foot. I could not ask for better Doctors. The staff is great.
