What a joke!! You best beware when you deal with this place. I originally saw Suthar in 2007. I went to two appointments and severed my ties quickly. Now I am one of those type people that honestly believe that people can change. Not Suthar!! Hes as much a quack today as he was in 2007. And definitely make sure the office doesnt arbitrarily cancel any appointment that you may have. They sure did with me and needless to say, it put me in a bind. Fortunately for me, I have a PCP that really cares about me and his other patients. My experience was so bad with this place that I have actually filed a complaint against them with the disciplinary board. I dont expect them to do anything about it but at least this office will have the derogatory comments against them. Seriously, beware!!

I have read these negative comments about VISA, and disagree whole heartedly with what has been said about Dr. Suthar and his professional staff. The sincere and genuine care that I recieve from the entire staff has been tops. They communicate with not only my PCP provider, but with my orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, and rheumatologist, to ensure that I recieve the very best care. I can not speak for other pain management facilities, but coming from a family of several physicians, you can bet that those responsible for being part of my medical team have been scrutinized. I simply cant disagree any further with the negative comments thus stated. I have a complete trusting and honest relationship with Dr. Suthar and his had picked team of specialists.

I like Dr Suthar. He is great and the shots work ok. Every time you go There is an hour wait. I get there yesterday 15 minutes late because of rain and traffic and am told I cannot be seen. It was not friendly or oh Im sorry it was you are late and cannot be seen. Im already sick and hurting and it took everything I had in me to get up and go out in the rain and go and then be treated so rudely by a secretarys TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will be looking for another Dr in Richmond. Dr. Suthar has been great but I refuse to be a patient who pays my bill every time and be treated so rudely after Ive waited an hour EVERY other visit. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO

I agree with the long waiting times and the lack of empathy on the part of the support staff. I also was a few minutes late and was told I had to reschedule, this is a problem, I have also waited a very long wait to see Dr. Suthar or his PAs. I received good treatments I just felt as a portion of the staff is uncaring and unprofessional. Yesterday was my last appointment there, I am seeing a different Pain Management doctor. Im sure that some of the staff is glad to see me go because I voiced my opinion on how I and other patients were treated.

Iam sorry if these people have had a bad experience Ive been with doctor sutar for a number of years and i could not find a more carring doctor him and his staff treated me more like family is had great treatment and am free from pain since my last proseger I would go back in heartbeat hes wonderful a gift from God

The staff are very welcoming and knowledgable. Dr. Suthar was kind and listened to all of my concerns. He explained my options and gave me an injection that took my pain almost completely away. I would recommend this office to anyone with back pain!

I will never be going back there again. Went there for couple years all this place is is a pill mill. They just want to keep you drugged up an dont actually want to help you. Their answer is take more pills

I couldnt ask for a better dr than Dr Sutar. Thank you for taking care of me today. My appt was easy and comfortable and the staff was very good to me. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
