Let it be said, Dr. Ha, by himself, deserves 5 stars. He is, without a doubt, the kindest, gentlest, most thorough doctor I have ever encountered. With that said, his office staff is incompetent and the receptionist (the one who is an older woman, with red-rimmed glasses and very short, curly, grey hair) is extremely rude. My son developed a mysterious, itchy rash and I called on Tuesday to schedule a cancellation appointment. I was called by a younger girl on Tuesday afternoon and was told that there was an available appointment to see the PA at 2 on Thursday (today). I wrote it on my calendar while we were talking AND had her repeat it and then had her confirm it while I repeated it. "2 oclock on Thursday," repeated FOUR TIMES..... When we got there at 2, we were told that his appointment is at 3:30 and when I stated that I was told 2pm, the receptionist neither cared nor tried to right the offices wrong..... We were simply told we could "wait and maybe be seen before 3:30." I dont know who has an hour and a half to waste at the doctors office due to the offices mistake, but I certainly do not have the luxury of that kind of wasted time. So, guess who gets to go BACK to Dr. Has office and deal with that woman again in another hour and fifteen minutes.... Me.....thats who...... This is enough to make me seriously consider finding another dermatologist. I cant figure out how, in todays job market, someone who mistreats patients and/or treats them with disdain, as if THEY are a burden or a bother to you as the receptionist, can actually keep their job. It does not take that much to treat patients with kindness, respect and hospitality. **It needs to be stated that there were 3 patients in the waiting room at the time and all 3 were pointing toward the receptionist and shaking their heads, mouthing "Shes so rude." and giving her the stank-eye. CLEARLY, I am not the only patient who feels this way about this particular woman....**

I have always received excellent care from this office. Dr Ha answers any questions I have about a problem or procedure, and does a very thorough examination at yearly checkups. His office and nursing staff are professional and helpful as well. I highly recommend thIs practice.
