Dr Saberinia is a fantastic endo. I have been to 4 specialists in the last 6 years for a chronic thyroid condition and he has by far the best bed side manner, plus my illness has never been managed better. He is caring, compassionate, and always takes the time to answer my questions honestly and thoroughly. I honestly feel like Im being treated by a family member. The administrative staff, however, is another matter. He had a wonderful assistant with whom Id never had any problems in 3 years. But then he got a new woman. First week she was there, she called to tell me they didnt take my insurance (even though they always had before, and I had not changed insurance) and that I would be billed several hundred dollars for a routine appointment when my copay had always been $25 and they gave me no warning. So I called her back and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, she never said that, and yes they do take my insurance. Then just recently, I changed insurance. I made sure ahead of time that I would be covered by this provider should I continue to see him, and I was. So she charges me $25 (in cash, because they wont take cards for co-payment at the counter) and she evidently forgot to make a record of it. THREE MONTHS LATER she charges me an additional $85 because when I changed insurance my copay changed as well from $25 to $85. I said "Fine, deduct the $25 in cash you already charged me." Then she said she never charged me that amount and had no record of it, and of course, since they insist on you paying in cash. Everyone makes mistakes (assumed it WAS a mistake), but it really pissed me off that she took zero responsibility for it and I ended up spending $25 I dont have. Bottom line: Go here if youre looking for a good doctor, but pay in cash, keep all your receipts, and keep in mind, this girl cant handle credit card information, so dont give it to her, because if shes screws up, shell blame you. Personally, I wish hed just find someone who knows what shes doing.

Today, I was asked if I knew of a good Endocrinologist. Of course I do! Dr. Saberinia! Imagine my surprise when I pulled up his rating to find 2.5 Stars. Seriously?! I found Dr. Saberinia to be very thorough, compassionate, and kind. He took the time to explain, even draw an illustration to explain test results. Perhaps the office staff is the reason he has gotten a poor rating. I didnt personally didnt have a problem with his Admin, but even if I did I would still continue to see Dr. Saberinia. Its very rare to find a doctor who takes the time that he does with his patients and none of my other doctors call me directly with test results. The only negative for me is his location. I wish he were closer to my home.

laura rehaluk 4 months ago- The absolute worst customer service and predatory office policies. Requiring that patients keep a credit card on file is illegal when co-pays are paid in full at the time of the visit. Now I am having the same experience. They need credit card on file and pay out of pocket when my deductible is 0. When mentioned I and my family have previous visits with many specialists and never had to pay 300 out of pocket , got a very rude comment from Manager. Unbelievable Staff!

I believe this Office staff should know they make money out f their patients!! I got an appointment with Dr. Saberinia and asked for refilling my medication, but unfortunately office said no medication will be refilled unless we see you! I ask for the earliest appointment, they refused.I asked what should I do now and she replied go see you primary care!!!!!! Honestly, I would rather not see this doctor any more.. My wife had more or less the same experience and stopped seeing him. Dont waste your time with this office!

I called 2 months ago for an appointment and was told to call back because their schedule was full for next 2 months, so I called again and the rude woman on the other side told me to call in 6 months. Forget this place and the only reason I even called back is because its closer to my house.
