I rarely comment or rate a location but the Low Star visitors really upset me. I totally disagree with the star rates. Ive been going to this location over a year and have ALWAYS been treated Professionally, Respectfully, as quickly as possible, even when I havent had an appt. All the staff are wonderful from Front Desk Staff, Walk in Front Desk staff, Nancy in the Financial Dept is AWESOME! Prescriptions Staff are Knowledgeable & pay attention to detail, really care about time management. Follow up on unavailable prescriptions, etc. I LOVE Dr. B. Montes (My favorite Dr. Ever)! She knows what shes doing, listens to the patience and you KNOW she cares about you. ALL the nursing staff in back are so caring & sweet. I havent used the Dental Dept however even they have been wonderful answering questions etc. Who ever had a bad experience maybe was inpatient & just had a bad day before they got there. Im sorry they gave such a Low Star because this location ROCKS!!! Its ALWAYS clean, including bathrooms (in spite of UNsupervised children running around getting into water fountains, toilet paper etc) Even then staff attends to clean up right away. Maybe some Parents should keep their childrens behavior under control. Most children are well behaved but the others can be VERY annoying! (I DONT mean crying). I mean the wild & loose unattended children waiting on parent/guardian. Getting under peoples feet, Running, Screaming, Tossing magazines on the floor, Spilling Drinks & Food, Throwing Baby Bottles, Binkys and FITS because their mad & want attention, you name it! MOST children there are very well behaved but THOSE FEW?

This dental clinic is really bad because the doctor changes, is really common. Esta clínica dental en en verdad mala porque el doctor cambia, lo que es algo muy común en esta clínica. En la que sus clientes quedan muy insatisfechos.

Ive been waiting 2 months for this appointment, my original time was at 9 am, I arrived at 8 am hoping to be seen before,once checked in Im told my appointment was at 9:40 but not to worry because they would take me in earlier. Is passed 9:30 and the lady in the front informed me the Dr still had 2 more patients to see....no need to say I had to leave. I work at a Drs office and would never give appointments if I wasnt sure the Dr could see so many patients.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST !! If Dr montes wasnt such a good doctor I would have NEVER Came back. In fact this place is a JOKE of a medical facility! Its about 30-40 minutes just to get an appointment, just to be told you have to wait a month to be seen . the staff is over worked or just down right nasty. Parking lot is always over filled, to the point of double parking. Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed.

This was the worse place to try and a doctor. Unbelievable hold times just to have the call dropped before youre helped.. In addition I wanted am appointment for ob-gun I was asked why. Florida has horrible healthcare. Please if you want to be seen and cares for dont come to any of these offices.... Youll die before seen by a doctor... Rudest most unprofessional place.. Not even one could be given...

I went here today with my son for high fever, we wait for more than one hour, after that the receptionist call me, she did not know the reason for the consultation because she did not ask me nothing, and said sorry we are full, only one doctor and he said we can not take care of him. For me it is a bad health service.

Overall, I give the place a 1-star. I had to wait almost 2 hours. The staff treats you poorly. "Just be patient," They said. Like the other people this place is unprofessional. Like most people the want to give a 0, and I agree with that. Never. Coming. EVER. Again.

Extremely long waits. I sat waiting to see a doctor for almost 4 hours. Thats absolutely ridiculous. Assumed they forgot about me? Came back again to see if second time is different...been waiting for almost 2 hours now.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They had me waiting for 3hrs just to tell me my child that is sick, coughing and have both nostrils bleeding. That sorry couldnt be seen.
