Village Health Market provides a cute, quaint, yet effective alternative to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Because the store is smaller, its very easy to slip in and grab something healthy. They offer a nice variety of health foods and products and the staff there is great. Prices are competitive with WF, TJ, and other specialty food stores. And their juice bar and deli is the best around. Very good juice prices that are hard to beat. I highly recommend it!

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. In general I love their supplements and protein bars. they have an excellent selection of natural soaps and green items. It has such potential for the neighborhood its in... But Ive had some awful experiences as well: maggots in their frozen soup and bugs in the bulk goods. Inspect what you buy as best as you can.

A hidden gem in Tampa. Staff is very knowledgable. If you are having a mild health issue and looking for a natural remedy, check this place out. They recommended a great probiotic oil that did wonders for my stomach. (This isnt medical advice and of course check with your doctors)

Very poor selection and far more expensive for most things than even Whole Foods. They had basically no produce and the little they had was not good quality. Overall, one of the worst health food stores Ive been to.
