Giving two stars because there are some very good people here at Waters ave location, but not the incompetent Asian girl who attempted to draw my blood four times, allowing an enormous hematoma blood bulge to form on both my hand and wrist. Then I told her I was going to pass out and she scolded me that it was my fault she could not draw the blood saying i was afraid of needles. Persons with obvious mental issues should not be drawing blood. After 20 minutes and drimking some water I tried again with another nurse, she drew blood no problem just like EVERY OTHER COMPETENT NURSE HAS. I posted pics of my injuries and have lost feeling and tingling in that hand. Other than this, the Waters location is good. Osborne location: I have gone many years. The workers there I have seen lift the phone and hang it up on people repeatedly, while they are so if you are wondering why you get "disconnected" after waiting on hold for an hour, thats why. The doctors are very good but the schedulers do not pay any attention to what they are doing and they will give you the total run around if you let them.

You are going to wait sometimes up to 3hrs if you do not make an appointment. Deal with it. I have been going to the one on Waters for 9 months. Sometimes I have an appointment other times I just walk in. For the price even the wait is worth it. If in a rare instance you did not create your sickness or make it worse then waiting might seem intense. However if you were unhealthy for months or years then you have to wait three hours to get healthy then suck it up. I find it funny patients get anger they have to wait. They are always professional, cost of care is always worth it, and most services are available if not they will refer you. Go in to get preventative care before you get sick in the first place. Then a long wait might never happen! Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely horrible! I dont feel like I can believe the doctors here at all. I came back for a follow up after I had xrays for back pain and blood work. I came in and it was different doctor than I had before and to which I requested the follow up be with the same doctor. When this other Dr came in she didnt even excuse herself or the fact she wasnt who I was supposed to see, simoly said everything came back of, didnt even bring up my back pain or to be referred out. She was in such a rush she was trying to talk over me. Her name is Dr Syed and for your own good, I wouldnt believe a word she says, shes to busy trying to leave the room instead of talk to you!

Horrible for walk-ins. Waited 2 hours and once I asked how much longer, I was told they didnt know who was working on walk ins. I ended up leaving. Went to a baycare urgent clinic, was in and out with in one hour and that was due to xrays and bloodwork. Dont know what I was thinking! Wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back! Its sad because the Dale Mabry location had such good ratings. I guess I walked in on the WRONG day. Dont waste your time unless you have an appointment and are willing to wait if you happen to go on an off or busy day.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had witha doctor in Florida. AND I HAVENT EVEN BENN INSIDE THE BUILDING YET! Ive been trying to call every location possible for Tampa family health centers and absolutely NO ONE answers the phone. Been holding each time for 10 minutes! And to make matters worse the time someone actually called me back to set up my appointment they made it for Saturday. Its saturday now and the website says they are closed. STILL CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. This place is a joke.

Worst experience ever the dr daisy rosado is the worst doctor in town n country . She needs her license stripped . I did report her to medicar.gov i hope everybody does as well if you need the info I will be more then happy to share ! She is not responsive and not medically updated on her policies about taking care of patients ! This location is he laziest with the receptionist all have attitudes as soon as you walk in ! This place needs to be shut down and rebuilt for he community .

worst place !!!!!!!! very unprofecianal and the nurses in the front desk constantly use there phones talkin laughing && not paying attention to the patient . VERY RUDE dont know how to speak to people and now they have no pediatrition without letting anyone know . this place is a complete joke . save you time && go somewere else where they know what they are doing .

Call them and no one answer the phone for more than 10 minutes. Walk in clinic took more than 3 hours, and their phamarcy need to wait more than 10 min to prepare your transaction. Not recommend to go here for walk in clinic unless you are willing to spend more than 3 hours and take a day off. Other walk in clinic took less than 30 minutes to diagnosic your health.

I took my grandson there for a physical. Went the week prior to schedule appointment which they gave me within one week. Everyone was extremely efficient and friendly. We did not have to wait very long and he saw the doctor, got medical and lab work and referrals. I highly recommend...beautiful place, quality care.

Just awful been trying to get records for 3 weeks signed all the paper work in person and still getting told it takes more time. Takes 30+ min on the phone to get to some one who sounds like they are the first day on the job each time. Never been some where so disorganized and confused in my life.

the worst experience of my life, happened at this place. The have no respect for patients. I went to the administration to speak to someone about my experience, I received the most horrible treatment. I dont understand how the government helps such a low quality clinic.

This place is unbelievalbe... They dont know there a#$ from a hole in the wall. Very rude especially the Spanish girl with all the acne on her face NO customer service what so ever. Someone needs to replace ALL the front help with New people...

A bit of a wait,I found the staff very friendly and polite they dont have a regular dr, they have a nurse practitioner see you.Dont know if they are that great but at least its affordable, since you pay on sliding scale.

Told my father they were slammed and that the wait would be a long time with one person in the waiting room, now is that because hes not Spanish or because your lazy employees? Yes, he left and seeked help elsewhere.

I went here when I had severe strep throat. The staff was nice and helpful. It was highly affordable and a nice atmosphere. I didnt want to go to a doctor (lack of insurance) and they put me on the road to recovery.
