Small and overcrowded waiting room surrounding the front desk where the receptionists perform the pre-screens in front of everyone. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I decided to leave. The doctor came out a couple times with no acknowledgement of running behind schedule and actually disclosed a patients medical condition to one of the receptionists... IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. That was a huge HIPPA violation. The unprofessionalism at this location is off the charts. I declined to reschedule my appointment - it was my first and last visit.

They do have a pretty secretary; other then that Ive tried to have my contact lense prescription faxed three times twice by a woman once by a man and have had absolutely zero action taken. I had to move out of the area or I would simply go pick it up Ive expressed this; at which point I was told they didnt understand me and hung up on me.

This is such a unprofessional place. My girlfriend was offered an interview, she had to wait an hour for a 10 min interview. My girlfriend later on contacted the outlet on the status of her interview and they had her on hold for 15 min to tell her that the manager would later on contact her back and she never did!

I love this place!! I got my glasses in less than a week and even though I have a high prescription, they came out just perfect. The staff in the office is knowledgeable and always with a smile in their face! I definitely recommend it to all my family and friends!!

They take forever answering the phones, phone just rings and rings been waiting for someone for 5 minutes and then it hangs up. Very fustrsting calling this place. Look for another optometrist if your looking for customer service.
