I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Flodin since he took over for Dr. David Lubin. I have found him to be quite professional, sympathetic to needs and discomforts. I had been a patient of Dr. Lubin for 30 + years, and have tried a couple different doctors in between, due to insurance companies and their limited thinking and just came back to a good Doctor, I find Dr. Flodin to be cut from the same cloth. While recognizing the wishes of the insurance industry, he also recognizes the needs of the patient.

Very courteous and helpful staff. I have never had a long wait so the office and Doctors manage the office well. I always feel Dr. Flodin and or Dr. Rathan take plenty of time to make sure they understand and assess my issues in a caring and professional manor.

The front desk said they did not have an appointment for me when I had spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them and scheduled one several days earlier. This negligence on their part wasted a lot of time. Beware if you are a new patient.
