Rip OFF practice, trying to charge me way more than my insurance allowed. I have a PPO plan and I dont have any co-pay. I have visited many doctors before, including Heart Doctor but never pay anything upfront. Everything must be billed through insurance. This Practice CHARGED me upfront, 75 USD for co pay, then another 130 USD for a test. And they bill another 246 USD through the insurance. I have been with Florida Blue for 5 years and never see any PRACTICE doing like this, trying to RIP ME OFF, but it aint easy. I will pay what the expected amount my insurance shows in the statement. DON"T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE SUCH TROUBLE IN BILLING. This is with Doctor MERCHANT (INDIAN DOCTOR) and the office is in Tampa, Address: 8561 W. Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33625. Stay away DR MERCHANT told me I have acid reflux but did not give me any prescription. I am taking the over counter medicine as suggested by my Family Doctor. I asked him what if my medicine would not work. He answered that I should come back and he would write up a prescription for me. Maybey trying to charge me more for the come back? It is not going to happen dude

I went here due to a outer ear infection. Before even seeing a Dr., I was taken into a room and given an extensive audio test. Again, not here for hearing loss. Then I was taken into a room to see the Dr. - Dr. Muller. In less than 30 seconds, he determined my ear didnt produce wax or enough wax. He then prescribed ear drops which later at the pharmacy I find cost over $200.00. I go to checkout, expecting to pay my copay of $90.00. Instead they try and charge me an extra $100. for the hearing test I didnt ask for, stating "your insurance wont pay for it." Of course I refused to pay for it - its like going to a mechanic and them fixing problems you didnt have to begin with and then wanting to charge you for it. Dr. Muller was unfriendly, and didnt really seem to care that his diagnosis was laughable at best. Called to speak with Administrator about my experience, I was told she would call me back - shocker no return call. (one star is generous!!) Dont go to this practice - it is a ripoff!!!!!

When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist informed me these physicians were able to perform a scope (in this case to view my esophagus). In reality, these doctors do not have a scope, but instead a thin tube that can only go as far as the larynx. I paid $175 for a 15 minute exam that felt rushed, and I was told an incorrect diagnosis after seeing a gastroenterologist who was really able to use a scope to tell me what my issue was. If I would have known from the beginning, I would have seen a gastroenterologist but the receptionist insisted that the price included a scope to view my esophagus, if necessary (she specifically used the word "scope") even though it wasnt a scope, after all. I was out $175, and felt cheated. After the quick exam, Dr. Muller told me to go to the receptionist for a followup in 6 weeks. He never said goodbye, shook my hand, nor calmed my fears. I hope this isnt how he treats all of his new patients.

Stay clear their Trinity office..its an ent mill. I went in for a routine ear cleaning...the doctor (Merchant) looked in my ears and told me I had no wax build up...so no cleaning was needed...great! he used the scope down my nose to look at my throat and said I had some inflammation from some acid reflux..and it was common and wrote me a script for an acid reducer....I have never had acid reflux...dont ever get heart burn either...then came the I want too see you in six weeks spiel...when there is nothing wrong with me! the worst part...they hit me for $269 that was with my insurance which only covered $75... you telling me its almost $350 for a routine check up...15 minutes! my wife went to a different office...same company ...got better treatment and only paid $75...someone needs to talk to the Trinity office.

Super Rude Customer service. Definitely would not come here again. The billing department has no clue what they are doing. I was charged $600 just for a 1st time consult while I was insured. They took forever to charge my insurance and now im stuck with the bill. Plenty of of Ear Nose and Throat Doctors around. Thanks but no thanks. I will not be spoken to like this.

The dr was knowledgeable and skilled, but they will put you through hearing tests and stuff that you might not need and certainly did not request for the purpose of billing. Then send you a bill for the difference.

Ripped off $225 just to see Drs face and tell me i need a cat scan. That is another $200. Thanks for the help DR. NOT. VERY dissapointed.
