The first time I went (8am apt) for my exam and x-rays I had to wait a pretty long time, both before I was called back and during the visit (1 hr total). I just went to day to get two cavities filled (4pm apt) and I was nervous from the reviews on this site. I arrived at 3:50 and was called back at 4pm. The dentist was very nice and told me it would be quick and easy. I walked out at 4:22 pm with both cavities filled and didnt feel like my face had fallen off. I believe the wait depends on what time you go for your visit. The atmosphere isnt the most professional and it is a little bare (no tvs and pretty open exam rooms), but it was a generally good experience. I probably would not trust them with an extraction or anything serious. Also, I have CIGNA DHMO and paid $125 for two cavities- pretty reasonable.

I wish I had check out the reviews before I went. I apparently had a few cavities that they "accidentally" missed during mutliple routine exams...which were costly to begin with. Only over a year and a half later when I visited another dentist for a tooth removal were they found so I guess the dentist at Castle was either very blind or was waiting for the cavities to become so bad that they would need a root canal and thus they can make more money. The service is poor and apparently most other dental offices are aware of that because they the office that found the new cavities) werent surprised when I told them that Castle dental was my primary dental office. I think they get enough former Castle patients to know how BAD they really are.

I was fitted for a mouth guard in July of 2008. When I picked up the guard it did not fit. I was refitted in Jan. 2009 and no one ever followed up with me. It is now May and Ive had to call them again and have gotten the runaround yet again! Also, the first time I was there I had to wait a ridiculously loooonnng time to be seen by the dentist and I didnt even get a teeth cleaning!! They dont clean your teeth on your first visit!!!! Ive never experienced this kind of dental practice and I am a very low maintenance patient. The place is a mess and once I get my mouthguard, I will remove myself from their care. Im even considering contacting a lawyer at this point!

Nobody really likes to go to the dentist, but I have recently changed to Castle Dental @ White Bridge on a suggestion from a friend. I am so happy that I followed up on the suggestion! The staff are so nice (even before coffee early in the morning) and my hygienist, Stephanie, was nothing short of amazing! I have been to some in the past that left me feeling like I never wanted to go to the dentist again, but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have already recommended them to family, friends, and colleagues.

I called and set up an appointment for my wife to see the dentist. She needed an exam and x-rays. I verified on the phone that they were offering a $39 special which included both services. Great! About a week later I get a statement from my insurance carrier. The White Bridge Road Castle Dental billed my insurance $161 for those services. Call them what you want, liars, cheats or thieves. Pick any other dentist! I gave them one star because I could not give them a zero.

The most professional diagnostic exam I have had in years. The staff is pleasant, very helpful and careful to introduce themselves. I have to have a lot of work done, and felt uncomfortable about it, but they quickly put me at ease. They also worked with me to find a payment plan I could afford. Very pleased.

I had a tooth extracted a month ago at this location. Everyone in the office was pleasant and the surgeon did a great job. I did have to wait a pretty long time to go back. Overall though it was a pretty good experience and the price was reasonable.

HORRIBLE. They dont tell you everything upfront even when I asked 3 times specifically! My time is valuable!!!! I had to take work off and my daughter school off for something they could have informed me about over the phone.
