I used to hate going to the dentist, avoided it at all costs. Then in the spring of 2012 I decided to make some drastic changes in my life, first of which was to lose weight. During that process I decided it was time to start taking better care of my teeth as well. I just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Spring Hill Smiles during that time. The office was the closest one to where we lived, they accepted our insurance, and they were taking new patients so I scheduled an appointment. I had no idea how much of an impact that was going to have on my life. Again, I hated going to the dentist. But from the moment I walked in to their office, I felt at peace. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere and the entire staff was extremely nice and friendly. The office definitely had a family atmosphere. I explained my situation to Dr. Todd and told him what my long term goals were. I went back a few weeks later and Dr. Todd and Dr. Terrah presented me with a long term comprehensive plan to help me get the smile back that I had lost, and we are currently well into that plan now. I never would have imagined that I would ever look forward to going to the dentist but I can honestly say that now, I truly, truly do. I can not recommend Spring Hill Smiles enough. They will take care of you and treat you like family. Im so glad we went there.

The staff at Spring Hill Smiles are by far the most caring and attentive of any dentist office my family has visited (this says a lot since we have moved 9 times in the past 10 years due to the military). Each time we are there for a cleaning or consult my girls have left with smiles. My oldest daughter is VERY afraid of the dentist after a bad experience at a dentist in Germany. When she goes in for a cleaning she will ask every person in scrubs if they are going to do anything that will hurt. They are all so patient and no one ever laughs or down plays the fact that she is so scared. In Dec. she had to have oral surgery. I had called to speak to Dr. Terrah before the procedure and left a message. Unfortunately I wasnt able to speak to her before the procedure because Dr. Tara was having a baby :) BUT the day after Lizzies surgery Dr. Terrah called from home (mind you just days after having her son) to return my call. I was amazed! I cannot say enough about this office and their team.

I have nothing but enormous praise for Spring Hill Smiles! Dr. Terrah Larrabee is an amazing and best orthodontist ever. She is so personable and truly cares about her work. She is very gifted in the field of orthodontics. She did an amazing job on my sons teeth and they look beautiful. We just love her! Dr. Todd Larrabee is an amazing Dentist! Very thorough with his work and always making sure everything is just right with you during your procedure. He also truly cares about you as his patient and about the work he performs on you. He has done a great job on my crown! Just love Dr. Todd! The staff is truly amazing and really makes you feel apart of their family. I love going to their office! They always remember your name and are so kind and pleasant. I love that if you feel cold in their office during a procedure they well put a warm fuzzy blanket on you to keep you warm and comfortable. I highly recommend Spring Hill Smiles! I have never liked dentists after having several very poor experiences until I walked into Spring Hill Smiles. Dr. Todd and his staff are not only very professional but they make you feel like part of the family. Instead of dreading a dentist appointment, I cant wait to return. My 5 year old son, 4 year old daughter and wife feel the same. When we drive past the dentist office, my kids say, "Are we going to see Dr. Todd?" In addition to friendly, the office is state of the art and I know that Dr. Todd and his staff are well versed on the latest technology to help patients with their dental needs. The entire staff at Spring Hill Smiles is top notch. They have changed my opinion on dentists forever! Thank you Dr. Todd and the staff at Spring Hill Smiles for bringing a smile to my face! P.S. - Our dental hygienist- Allie is super kind and caring too!

Very nice office and good looking staff but...The financial and billing department with their "policy" sucks!!! Very unpappy and unpleasant the way they handle the final charges after a service. Apparently they never check with my insurance before I went in the of the service. Well, I found out that a month later through mail where I was billed between me and my son almost $100 more. I found this very unfare and unprofessional, no one likes those kinds of surprise. They are telling me that they dont have the ability of checking with the insurance not until after the work its done...Never had a problem like this at another dentists and never heard such a thing...Wondering why they even ask for insurance information before you go in the first time?!?! Me and my family will never use this office again for sure.

The staff reminds me of the 1992 Dream Team: from the ladies at the front desk, the dental assistants and hygienists, the ridiculously awesome orthodontics treatment coordinator, and of course the Larrabees. Not only are they incredibly nice and treat their patients exceptionally well, but they are great at their jobs. They defend against plaque, cavities, and misaligned teeth like the 2013 Seattle Seahawks. Do you want your mouth to achieve optimal happiness and have the best smile possible? Do you want to have the most pleasant experience imaginable at a dental and orthodontic office? Well, then be smart and go to Spring Hill Smiles.

After going to this dentist office after one year, they said that I was required periodontal deep cleaning. My insurance covers two free regular cleaning per year. This office was performing regular cleaning on my mouth, but submitting it as periodontal cleaning to my insurance. Then sending me a bill for the remaining charges with was a few hundred dollar. I spoke to the receptionist about this matter and she stated she would make a note of this in my file. I then returned to the office for another visit earlier this year and was bamboozled again. Just because I have great insurance this office took full advantage of that and me as their patient. They should be refunding my money for this malpractice.

Dr. Todd and Dr. Terrah are the absolute best. Spring Hill Smiles has the best staff, the best care! I have even been to see Dr. Todd after not having gone to a dentist in 15 years. I made sure my kids went but was never brave enough to go myself.....until I met Dr. Todd he is so wonderful! HE is kind, caring and above all an excellent dentist! Dr. Terrah did an amazing job with my daughters braces! Her teeth are perfect and her smile is bright! They not only took great care of our teeth, but understood our finances and have worked tirelessly to help us set up an affordable payment plan!! I simply cant say enough about them, they are family now! We LOVE Spring Hill Smiles!!!!
