I cannot say enough about this fabulous, fabulous office. They have always gone the extra mile for me. Super helpful, very accommodating, and beyond professional. They did everything within their power to help me when my invisalign program was not going to have me on track to be completed before my wedding. They also went WAY above and beyond to take care of my elderly mother who required extensive dental work spread out over 5 visits. They were very cautious/conservative, very precise and incredibly respectful of her health issues. Ive been with them for over 6 years now and I have had all my family members switch to this office because they are just THAT good. I almost feel like family when I walk in the door now. And now that I have kids who are old enough to need dental care I send them there as well, never even considered taking them anywhere else. The trust and respect I have for these professionals is off the charts. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

While I was able to get in right away, the dentist refused to pull my broken tooth because I wasnt a regular patient. She cheerfully explained that the reason I was in so much pain was because the break was right on the nerve. (No pain meds but she did prescribe an antibiotic) She then told me she could pull it but needed a panoramic xray ($$$) before deciding. She told me the roots were straight and it wouldnt be a problem but she hadnt seen me before so she refused to pull it. Referred me to an oral surgeon, assistant and I waited while receptionist chatted on a personal call. I finally told them I would call myself. Its a 2 month wait. I sat in my car and cried! I finally found someone to pull the tooth but not for a few days. They also told me they sent my x-rays but the surgeon didnt receive them!

Dr. Pieters is an amazing dentist and person. Her work is impeccable. She cares for each patient the way she would if it was her own family, or her own mouth! She strives for perfection and doesnt settle for anything less. The staff at Chesterton Family Dental is high quality also, so friendly kind and gentle! I had the pleasure of working with her for just about 8 years before having to relocate to Illinois. She keeps staff members for years because its such a family atmosphere. All of my family still sees Dr. Pieters for all of their dental needs, and I wouldnt want it any other way. I even come back for my dental care!

I absolutely love this dentist and the people who work here!!! I have been seeing this doctor for a long time and I wont go anywhere else. The staff is FABULOUS!! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes when Im there and Sarah who cleans my teeth is always so gentle!! BEST CLEAN AND OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TOO!! I have had the best experiences here. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have never had to wait more than just a couple minutes before getting in. I have not been going here that long, but since I have I will not go anywhere else. All work that I have had done here was done with great care and attention. It is very nice to be able to feel comfortable while at the dentist!

Dr. Pieters was my dentist at another practice, when she left, I was so sad. I was driving down the road and saw her name on the sign for Chesterton Family Dentistry. Karma!!! She is a wonderful, caring dentist that has selected a top-notch staff to support her. Everyone in her office treats you like family and Dr.Pieters is wonderful dentist. I would highly recommend her.
