Let me first state that the eye doctor was phenomenal. He was a young guy with glasses, Forgot his name, maybe was James... but beyond that it was painful. I tried contacts for the first time and struggled with them so I decided to go with just the frames... well, they charged me $70 extra just for the contacts that I didnt even get. Just because of the fact that they had to spend the time on it. Also the salesman, or whatever you want to call him, was terrible. So nosy and treated me like I was 9 as I was working with the contacts. Also very misleading about the price. I ended up getting frames for $140 but the bill was $300. Add that up. If youre going to try contacts for the first time... DONT COME HERE.

While the assitants are friendly, the price was not explained well and they didnt seem to understand what my insurance covered. Additionally, it was going to take a week for the lenses to be ready and theyre a bit pushy about up selling items.

I loved my experience! Dr.Vo was very professional and his staff was very involved, and I did not have to wait. I also liked that I was able to get appointment the next day. Most optical places I called had a wait time of 2 months.

Good price but horrible quality. I refused the extended warranty by mistake. My previous pair of lenses lasted over 2 years without a scratch. This pair hasnt lasted 6 months without a scratch. It is so disappointing.

The team member was very helpful at target optical. I came in without an appointment and they were able to fix my glasses very quickly. She was very friendly!!
