Let me stress that we really like the doctor. Hes always been kind, professional and our complaint is not with him. My husband and I have been long time patients here, and have spent a lot of money on expensive frames. However, because the prices on frames seem to constantly increase we decided to purchase some frames online. When we went to put in our prescription, we discovered that 20/20 eye care express didnt give us the whole prescription. I called and asked for the rest and they told me that I would have to pay more money for the rest of the prescription. What a ripoff! I really like Doctor Sobel, but Im disappointed in the service. If the glasses were more affordable then I wouldnt feel the need to shop elsewhere.

We were so pleased with the selection of the frames. Charlie and I each purchased two pair of eye glasses and he selected sun glasses for one pair. My eye exam was one of the best I have ever experienced. The doctor thoroughly explained each step; I usually dreaded the exam. I went back two days ago and had new lenses put in an older frame. Now I have several different color frames to wear with my outfits. Whoopee! Thank you 20/20 Eyecare Express for your excellent service.

In a world where one has come to expect long waits and second rate service, 20/20 Eyecare Express was a pleasant surprise. I was given excellent professional service from the staff. The doc performed one of the most informative and accurate eye exams I have gotten in many years. The staff helped me pick out frames that fit my face and looked great. The prescription was right on the money! Forget Walmart and the other big chains; this local operation outperformed them all!

My husband and I have purchased several pair of glasses from this establishment along with sunglasses and have been completely satisfied by the service and staff. We have many coatings put on our lenses here and they are sent out for this. We have had no problems . The frame selection is nice and the exam is thorough and professional. They are very accommodating to our specific needs and requests. And they have many designer brand frames.

My husband and I have purchased glasses and contacts here for the last 3 years. The optometrist is very friendly and we are both comfortable with him. The staff is amazing, and the prices are SO affordable. I wont go anywhere else. Ive worn glasses for 23 years of my life and this is the first place Ive felt so at ease with.

Highly recommended! I went in at 1 PM with a broken pair of glasses, had a thorough exam, fitting, and received two pairs of no line bifocal glasses (one was free) by 5:30 PM the same day for less than I paid at Walmart Optical 5 years ago! Great staff. All the choices for frames you could want. What a deal!

This place bears the typical Citrus County attitude of poor customer service. I highly recommend that you choose a different location. They only offer same day service, and it is limited, so I would recommend you wait the 7days by going anywhere else. The owner as well as the staff are full of themselves.
