For financial reasons I had to switch from my dentist to Aspen Dental. I was impressed as soon as I walked in because of the respect, friendliness, and professionalism from the front desk to the x-ray tech to the hygienist. When the doctor came in she was friendly, thorough, and patient. I needed extensive work done according to my previous dentist and the Dr. At Aspen had the exact same findings. The dentist took a lot of her time to explain the procedures I needed to have done and took her time to answer all of my questions; to the point of repeating and explaining so I really understood everything. I needed to talk to The financial office about how to finance all of this work. She went out of her way and spent so much time explaining how we could get this work done, itemizing everything. She even called the dentist back into the finance office to confirm the work to be done and what our priorities should be. They all treated me as if I were the only patient they had. Their fees were comparable to my other dentist, too. I really would recommend this Aspen Dental office to anyone.

I called the main number to make an appointment for my sons anual cleaning at the Clermont office. I told the person doing the appointment that it was for a checkup and cleaning. So I go to the appointment and get the x-rays and exam with the doctor. Then they tell me I need to make another appointment to come back. WTF? YOU WASTED MY TIME! IVE NEVER HAD TO DO THE EXAM AND THE CLEANING IN 2 SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS! I ASKED FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CHECKUP AND CLEANING AND THATS WHAT I EXPECTED! THIS WAS COMPLETE B.S.! EVERY OTHER DENTIST I CALLED WAS DOING BOTH THE SAME DAY! SO YOU THINK ITS OK TO WASTE PEOPLES TIME BY DOUBLING THEIR REQUIRED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT DISCLOSING THAT UP FRONT? TELL YOUR PATIENTS THAT THEY NEED 2 APPOINTMENTS WITH YOUR OPERATION THAT OTHER DENTISTS DO IN ONE VISIT. GET IT TOGETHER! INFORM YOUR PATIENTS THATS THE CASE. I WAS GOING TO BRING MY FAMILY TO THIS LOCATION BUT WITH THIS GARBAGE I WILL TAKE MY SON TO HIS SECOND VISIT AND NEVER BE BACK. WASTE SOMEBODY ELSES TIME!!!!!!!

Very Poor. I was in great pain from an accident that included several broken teeth and a broken crown in the front. I received my appointment through the Delta Dental Insurance representative who confirmed that the office of Aspen Dental was a listed provider. When I arrived, I presented my insurance card to the receptionist and she called Delta Dental to get approval. After verifying my SS# with the insurance company, I was told it was all set. After I received initial services that were covered by my insurance policy, I was told by the billing person that they actually dont accept the insurance anymore and that I had to pay in full immediately. I called Delta Dental Insurance and they confirmed that Aspen was signed up as a listed provider and even spoke to the billing person by phone themselves. They were told that it was a "corporate policy" and that there was no one to contact to appeal. I left under continuing pain and I will not be returning.

I literally just walked out of this office. I am a new patient and I arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed to fill out new patient paperwork. Theres no reason as to why I sat in their lobby for AN HOUR waiting. And I still didnt get called back. No one even came out to tell us if they were running late or not. I took the morning off work to see the dentist and this was a horrible experience. Bella Bella Dental was able to fit me into their schedule as soon as I left Aspen Dental. I will never recommend anyone to come to this office. Completely unprofessional. I work for a childrens hospital so I understand that patients must wait, but to have me wait an hour is just unacceptable.

Had a 5:15 appointment. Waited over an hour to get in. Examined me and proceeded to give me a 9200.00$ estimate to fix my teeth. Acted like that was no big deal. I told them I was going to get a second opinion and they said o thats not necessarily. Never saw such a dental scam in my life. Hard to believe they are in business running this type of scam. My teeth need work but in to way would anyone in there right mind would pay that for what they wanted to do. I could have all my teeth pulled and get denture for a third of that price and they would be fixed forever. What they wanted to do is even a permanent fix. I thought I was on one of those scam shows you see on the news.

I had to bring my two young children to my appointment and I had scheduled with my mother to come as well to help me with them. Well my appointment was at 11, the doctors office ended up running an hour and 15 minutes behind. By the time I got back there and got my x-rays my children were having a full-blown meltdown. The staff was friendly and tried to help distract them. But if they were to have run on time I would have completely avoided the meltdown because by that point my children were over it. I cant continue to waste my time sitting in a dentist office for 3 and 1/2 hours, which is how long my whole appointment took.

I had a good experience at the dental office. It was a Saturday appointment which in itself is amazing. The office is bright and clean and all up to date equipment. The staff is very friendly. Maria took x rays and was very careful to make sure it wasnt unpleasant. Dr. Porto was thorough and friendly. I will go back to have a cleaning and follow up. Since it was a Saturday my insurance could not be reached but the office personnel, he said he would call me this week with the estimate. I recommend the office.

Its a nice office. I just did not like the treatment plan area (check out). I think if you have to review your options and treatment plan (not just paying) it should be a little more private. I did not like other people being able to hear everything that I need done and my finances. The lady was nice and helpful but a little loud and its too open in the area to be going over that type of information. Thats why I give it 3 stars. Other then that it was a pleasant experience.

I loved this dentist and her staff! From the time I walked through the door very professional and very warm greeting! I was not afraid because Im a chicken. The dentist was did an exam nothing like my other dentist did! They really care for you here! From ex rays to exam to financial office nothing like I experienced anywhere else! I will be recommending this dentist to everyone!!!!! Thank you!

Very nice and friendly staff.clean office but they price are very expensive even if u have insurance.with deep scaling is not for me.They would not even do regular cleaning.I think they should able to do what the patients want when it come to financial.I walk out after my exam.I live on a low income.This dentist is not for me.I am not rich.would not recommend to friends and families.
